Students seeking admission at intermediate level should have to take SEVEN SUBJECTS. Four subjects are COMPULSORY and
three are ELECTIVE. All the subjects carry 200 marks each except Islamite and Pak Studies which carry 50 marks each.

Instructions
Please fill the admission form very carefully in CAPITAL LETTERS. BISE Rawalpindi will charge a fine of Rs. 150 per correction.

Admission form must be accompanied with the attested photocopies of the following documents in a file cover.

3. Character certificate 1 copy
4. CNIC Parents/Guardian 1 copy
5. Computerized B form/CNIC 1 copy
6. Passport size photographs (with sky blue background) 4 snaps
7. Students from board other than BISE Rawalpindi will provide NOC from that board and verified result card of Ist Year.
8. Deposit slip of Prospectus fee of Rs. 200/-
