PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS
Mechanical Engineer with total 14 Years of implemented experience in Onshore LNG Terminal, Gas turbine,
power plant. Experience in Maintenance, Planning, Commissioning & Piping. Possess good expertise in various
functionalities related to Static equipment’s like LNG Unloading Arms, Marine gangway, mooring hooks,
Hydraulic package, Plate type heat exchanger, shell & tube type heat exchanger, ORV, SCV, NG trim heaters and
raw material management. Rotary Equipment’s like Oil Flooded & oil free Screw Compressor, diesel engine,
centrifugal pump, knowledge in Fabrication, installation & Pressure testing of piping Systems. Extended
knowledge of various international codes and standards of ASME, ASTM.
Currently working with KIPIC (Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company)
Maintenance & Commissioning Activities involved:-
Reviewing Mechanical equipment test procedures and participating in Site acceptance tests Mechanical
running test as a part of pre- commissioning trials.
Participation in Mechanical completion Walk downs for various Mechanical equipment’s and given
punch points to EPC if anything missing as per PEFS.
Review of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning procedures for various mechanical equipment’s.
Prepared checklist for monthly, weekly and annually maintenance for all installed equipment’s based on
time based, usage based and conditioned based maintenance.
Analyzing KPI (Key performance indicator) dashboard which include factors Downtime, Time between
failures, maintenance backlog etc. for better reliability maintenance.
Prepared SMPS (Safety maintenance procedure schedule) and scope of work including man hour
estimate, required equipment’s and machinery, required spares followed during major overhaul for critical
equipment’s with the reference of IOM Manuals.
Reviewed special tool list and required spare list for 02 year maintenance for equipment’s.
Actively participated in the pre- commissioning activities and meetings held with EPC, PMC & PMT
Manage spares assign Min Max and average movement and stock recommendations, identify critical
spare parts (SPIR) and recommend the order of spares for static equipment. Identifying interchangeability
spares for grouping and optimizing inventory control.
Involved in root cause analysis (RCA) for the Static equipment and solutions to the equipment reliability
problems.
KONKAN LNG PVT. LTD ( KLPL)
Worked in KONKAN LNG Pvt. Ltd. - Onshore Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Regasification Terminal
(Dabhol), on a payroll of M/s. UPL, as Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance since Aug 2011 to Jan 2020.

Maintenance Activities:
Maintenance of LNG Unloading Arms (Make-FMC Technology, France): -
Replaced Cryogenic Packing & Cryogenic Water Seal in swivel joints
Maintenance of hydraulic cylinders and Hydraulic power unit of unloading arms.
Responsible for pre-check activities before ship arrival & keeping unloading arms ready for unloading.
Checking proper operation of DBV & ERS.
Accountable for Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Unloading arms & its hydraulic system.
Successful connection & disconnection of Unloading arms from Ship’s Manifold.
Maintenance of selector valve assembly installed at hydraulic system of unloading arms use for kept arms
in hydraulic or free wheel position.
Plays a vital role on ERS activation during ship unloading and successfully connection of unloading arms
after ERS
Attending regular problem in FMC make unloading arm as well as in running plant by referring
corresponding manual and update myself with technical skills

Developed the Preventive Maintenance Formats for equipment with reference to OEM’s manual.
Responsible for periodic maintenance check, its records & generating monthly work report.

Attending Internal inspection of pressure vessels & Testing of heat exchangers
Details engineering activities for Tanks, pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Filters
Looking for the timely testing & certification of lifting tools & pressure vessels.
Going through the prior manuals, preparing the checklists for whatever material and spare parts
requirement and indent required material, indenting the oils and grease required
Attending regular problems in running plants by referring corresponding system manual and update
myself with technical skills and knowledge.
Coordinating with contract agencies for in-house Project / Fabrication
Execute all assigned tasks with agreed Maintenance Procedures & work practices & daily reporting to
the Dy. Mgr./ Manager regarding work progress.
Ensuring HSE systems are in place before starting a job, ensure proper use of tools and PPE, advice
co-workers on potential hazards, notify management of unsafe working conditions, report HSE
incidents, actively participate in HSE meetings & attend mandatory HSE courses.
Attending vendor meetings & preparing Minutes of Meeting.
Conversant with ‘FINMAT’- Oracle based software (Equivalent to SAP) used for: Preparing Material
codes, tracking the stock & indenting the required spares, issuing Spares from store, generating
summary report of all indents, Purchase Orders etc.
Preparing Annual Maintenance Contracts for services & executing same at site.
Checking the availability of spares, tools-tackles, consumables & requisitioning the needful one. Also
technically scrutinizing the material offered by the agencies.
Responsible for quality of work and updating team works
Conducting toolbox meeting with workers and emphasizing quality and safety.
RATNAGIRI GAS AND POWER PVT. LTD ( RGPPL)
Worked in Ratnagiri Gas and Power Pvt.Ltd. (RGPPL) on a payroll of M/s. UPL, as an Engineer -
