REQUIREMENTS

Hello! You are shortlisted to work together with Xfnite Team but take note of the following:

Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE Personal computer (PC) or laptop with mouse at home

YOU MUST HAVE Internet connection (DSL/Fiber/VPN/HTTP Injector/LTE Pocket Wifi or Modem) UNLIMITED DATA

YOU MUST HAVE Analyzation Skills about Building/House’s Shapes (Square/Rectangle/L-Shaped/Modern)

YOU MUST HAVE GOOD MORAL CHARACTER AND ATTITUDE!

Minimum Computer System Requirements:


Dual Core Intel/AMD Processor

2Gb RAM

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 2017 / Windows 8.1 2017 / Windows 10 Rs3

Use Beijing +8 Timezone and synced with correct current Date and Time via “time.nist.gov” server:

Project Details:
1. You are expected to work 1-2 hours a day for at least 5 days in one week. Your working hours are flexible but you
must meet the quota of 5 hours within a week cycle. In case you may want to work for more than 2 hours a day or
more than 5 days a week to get higher pay, is allowed.

2. Rates vary with your qualified approved squares/roofs, every 600 squares/roofs is Php100/$2 (Repair Project) /
200 squares/roofs is Php100/$2 (New Creation Project), experienced labelers earn 15-75php+/hour depending on
the speed, quality and output. Please note that payout is given every 4 weeks.

3. Please note that your number of hours will be monitored by the software that you are using. It will only count
your active hours, idle moments shall not be counted.

4. Xfnite charges Service Fees for each payment the client makes, 4% Management fee and 12% Admin fee will be
deducted.

5. Below is a work sample. All you have to do is to square or label the roofs in the map.

Training:
Once you have passed the initial screening, you shall undergo a 3-day and 1 month training with pay. The training is
divided into Three (3) parts:

I. First Day
The first part of the training will be reviewing the guides and taking the Training Course Exam which lasts for 15
minutes only, once you are done with the course, you may now proceed with the Live Training.

II. First to Third Day


The second part of the training is composed of 33+ training tasks that you need to finish within 3 days - 2 weeks,
your account will be secured from deletion/blocklist after you finish the 33+ training tasks.

"If you can finish the training within a day, you may start earning immediately"

III. 1 Month Training with Pay


We will conduct 1 month live work with pay once you start, you will still be paid 100php/$2 per 200 qualified
features, experienced labelers can work 200 qualified features per hour, for trainees, let's say you finished 200
qualified features within 4 hours, you’ll only earn 100php/$2.

Based on the chart below, labelers earn less on their first 100 hours and increases as they invest more time
working.

NOTE:
33+ Initial Training Tasks should be done within 2 weeks. Once you are inactive for 14 days, and yet training was
not finished. The system will automatically blocklist you. Time starts once you are done with the Training Course,
so make sure that the training is done within the allowable time frame. Once you have completed and passed the
Training, you may now start working with Xfnite.

Congratulations, you are now qualified to start with Xfnite!


Below are modes on how to get your salary from Xfnite.

Mode of Salary Payment:


1. BPI (P15 Charge)
2. BDO
3. Metrobank
4. Landbank
5. Palawan Pera Padala/Cebuana/Western Union (Charges apply)
6. Gcash
7. Paypal/Payoneer (Foreigners ONLY)
8. UPDATE: All other Banks

Minimum Payout Withdrawal: Php750/$15

UPDATE: Cut-off every 15th of the month. Posting of Salaries every 25th of the month.
Distribution every 1st-5th day of the month.
Salaries will be every 1st - 5th day of every month. Salaries are project based and only finished projects will be
paid, project cut-offs within 15th of the month will be calculated on 25th and distributed on 1st-5th of next
month.

Example, if you started working 16th - 30th of the month of October, your name won’t get listed on the 25th
October Salary sheet, instead your name will be listed on the 25th of November, it means some newbies will get
their first pay for a month and a half.
