Examination Reminders
1. Lower school examinations will begin at 9:30 am daily except on Thursday 13th June,
2024. Exam on this day for lower school will begin at 9 am. Upper school Examinations
will begin at 9 a.m.
2. Invigilators are required to go to their assigned classes at 8:30 and remain their until the
examination begins. Teachers will remain with the assigned class until 11 am for morning
sessions. For the afternoon sessions student should not leave the classroom before one
hour of the time allotted.
3. All teachers assigned to invigilate 1R2, 2R5 & 3R8 are required to read for the students.
4. Permission to leave the classroom may be given by the invigilator in cases of emergency.
If for any reason a student MUST leave the room, the invigilator must take the student’s
exam paper and answer sheet(s) before the student leaves.
5. Ensure that you take the register at the start of the class.
6. Check to see the student’s name is written clearly on the student’s answer sheet(s).
7. Check off scripts with register to ensure that all scripts have been collected before
allowing students to leave the classroom.
9. The use of cell phones is strictly prohibited during examinations. Students should not
have any unauthorized books, notes or other written or printed material in the
examination room. If students are found using the cell phone during an exam they will
receive a zero for that exam.
10. Students arriving late for exam would not be given any extra time unless a valid reason is
presented.
11. Any attempt to cheat, speak to or disturb any other student during the examination will
lead to the student being disqualified from that particular examination. The student
involved shall be so informed by the invigilator and his/her paper will be taken away.
o The student will be asked to leave the examination room.
o At the end of the examination, the invigilator will attach a note regarding the
incident to the student’s script and submit it to the subject teacher.
