Reference is invited to this olfice letter ofeven no. dated 19.04.2024 regarding calling for
preferences lrom the Circles for hosting l3 Sports Events and one Cultural Meet.
2. In this regard. the Annual Sports Calendar has been prepared, keeping in view the
lbllowing:
All events are to be completed during the period lrom September 2024 to March 2025
reckoning with quantum of work in the last quarter ofthe financial year.

3. The Annual Sports Calendar approved by competent authority is at Annexure-A. Atl the
Circle Olflces are requested to kindly' finalize the dates fbr holding the events and communicate
the date(s) by 10.08.2024.
