All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Kalyani, an Institute of National Importance is one of the
new upcoming AIIMS and apex healthcare Institute under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha
Yojana (PMSSY) has been established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, with
the aim of correcting regional imbalance in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country, and attaining
self-sufficiency in graduate, postgraduate and higher medical education and training.
Online applications from Indian citizens/persons registered as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholder
under Section 7A of the Citizenship Act, 1955 as permissible under the applicable Act/Rules are invited

2. The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The Executive Director, AIIMS, Kalyani
reserves the right to vary the vacancies including reserved vacancies as per the Govt. of India
Rules/Circulars and requirements or otherwise.
3. The cut-off date to determine the maximum age limit, essential qualifications, experiences &
others will be 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment
News/ Rojgar Samachar.
4. 4% of the total vacancies are horizontally reserved for PwBD candidates as per the Ministry of Social
Justice and Empowerment’s Notification No. 16-15/2010-DD.III dated 29th July, 2013 as amended
from time to time as applicable. Only such persons would be eligible for reservation under PwBD
quota in service/posts who suffer from not less than 40% of physical disability. Person who wants to
avail the benefit of reservation would have to submit a Disability Certificate as issued by a
Competent Authority in prescribed format. However, the candidature of PwBD applicant is subject
to evaluation by a Medical Board duly constituted by the Executive Director, AIIMS, Kalyani. This
Medical Board will evaluate suitability of candidate for the post he/she is being considered for. All
the instructions of Govt. of India as amended and as applicable in this matter will be followed if the
same is not consistent in this connection.
5. The Posts of Professor and Additional Professor are to be filled up by direct recruitment
failing which deputation basis. The application for deputation only should be routed through their
employer and the same shall be sent along with attested copies of ACRs/APARs for last five years
and Vigilance Clearance Certificate through Speed Post.
6. Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) shall be applicable as per Govt. of India,
Office Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) DoPT dated 19th January, 2019 and 31st
January, 2019. EWS candidate must ensure that they have a valid EWS certificate on the last date
of submission of application. EWSs Candidates need to attach certificate issued by the competent
authority in the prescribed form as per Annexure. In case suitable Economically Weaker Sections
(EWSs) candidates are not found, these posts will not be carried forward/or considered as backlog
vacancy, hence Unreserved (UR) candidates are also be allowed provisionally to apply against EWSs
posts advertised through above referred advertisement who may be considered incase suitable
EWSs candidate are not found to fill up these posts reserved for EWSs.
7. All candidates are permitted to apply against posts earmarked for EWS subject to the
following conditions:
a) That their candidature will be considered only if EWS applicants are not available.
b) That their candidature will be as UR candidates only, which means, there shall be no
relaxations which are otherwise permitted under their specific categories.
c) Under no circumstance, the fees will be refunded.
8. Reservation will be as per Government of India Policy. No reservation of posts if filled up by the
mode of deputation (for Professor & Additional Professor only) while taking into consideration
the DoPT guidelines. However, DoPT guidelines on reservation will be final. The reservation of
posts will be applicable for the posts which are filled on Direct Recruitment basis.
10. The period of experience wherever prescribed shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed
qualification.
Candidates applying for the post of Associate Professor/Additional Professor in direct recruitment
basis may apply for the post of Assistant Professor (Downgraded) on contractual basis against the
post of Associate Professor/Additional Professor, by giving their willingness during filling up of
online application. However, decision of the Competent Authority in this regard will be final and
binding to all.
The post of Associate Professor, Dept. of Ophthalmology (*1-UR) as mentioned above will be
filled by Direct Recruitment, failing which Deputation basis only.
13. The preferred mode of recruitment is ‘Direct Recruitment’ failing which by ‘Deputation’ and on
‘Contract Basis’ (including Retired Faculty) based on the choice/option exercised by the candidate.
Recruitment process for all these modes will be the same and conducted concurrently.
14. Retired Faculty from Armed Forces Medical Service (AFMS) at the level of Additional Professor and
Associate Professor up to age of 70 years are encouraged to apply on contract basis under Scheme
for Re-deployment of Superannuated Teachers of the AFMS (SRESTA).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. The Essential Qualifications and Experiences for the Posts are as under: -

obtaining the qualifying degree of MD in Anaesthesia or a
qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
2 Assistant Professor (i) Same as for Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia at Sl. No. 01(i)
of Cardiology above.
(ii) D.M. in Cardiology (2 years or 3 years or 5 years or 6 years
recognized course after MBBS) or recognized qualification
equivalent thereto.
(i) One-year teaching and/or research experience from a
recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after
obtaining the Degree of D.M. in Cardiology (2 years or 5 years
recognized course after MBBS) or a qualification recognized
equivalent thereto. However, no experience is necessary for the
candidates possessing three years or six years recognized
Degree of D.M. in Cardiology.
Essential Qualification for all departments except Trauma & Emergency Medicine:
Essential qualification for the post of Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor will
remain same as for the post of Assistant Professor of similar discipline.
Essential Qualification for Associate Professor in the Dept. of Trauma & Emergency Medicine only:
(i) Same as for Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia at Sl. No. 01(i) above.
Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the
subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS in the respective

For Super Specialty disciplines:
Twelve years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the
subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the degree of M.Ch./D.M. (2 years or 5 years course
recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized
equivalent thereto.

Eleven years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the
subject/discipline concerned for the candidates possessing 3 years recognized Degree of
D.M./M.Ch. in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in the respective discipline/subject after
obtaining the doctorate degree.

(The Diplomat of National Board (DNB) in broad specialty and super specialty qualifications when
granted in a medical institution with attached hospital or in a hospital with the strength of five
hundred or more beds, by the National Board of Examinations, shall be equivalent in all respects
to the corresponding board specialty (MD/MS) and super specialty (DM/M.Ch.) postgraduate
qualification, but in all other cases, senior residency in a medical college for an additional period
of one year shall be required for such qualification to be equivalent for the purpose of teaching.)
4. Experiences as prescribed may be relaxed in exceptional cases at the discretion of the Selection
Committee with prior approval of the Competent Authority. The experience will be counted as on
cutoff date. The equivalent qualification will be decided by the Competent Authority of AIIMS,
Kalyani and his decision in this regard will be final.

7. In case the last date falls on weekly off or holidays, then the last date of submission of hard copy
of application will be shifted to the next working days (up to 5.00 PM).
8. Failure to submit Hard Copy of on-line application along with all supporting documents as
mentioned in this advertisement, by the due date will lead to cancellation of candidature.
Uploading of illegible document will also lead cancellation of candidature and hence candidates
are required to be careful while uploading the documents/credentials. Hard Copy of application

13. The signed hard copy of on-line application along with all above mentioned
certificates/documents and Annexures should be sent through Speed Post/Courier etc. within
stipulated period only. Signed On-line application without above mentioned
certificates/documents and Annexures will not be considered.
14. If any document/certificate furnished is in a language other than Hindi or English, a transcript
of the same in English duly attested by a Gazetted officer is to be submitted.
15. Candidates are advised to fill their correct and active e-mail ID in the online application, as all
correspondences will be made by the Institute through e-mail. Test/Interview schedule will be
mailed in due course to the provisional eligible candidate in their registered e-mail.
17. The On-line application will be considered till the last date. The candidature of such applicants
who fails to complete the online application submission by the stipulated date and time will not be
considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
18. The candidate must ensure that their latest photo and signature should be clearly visible in
preview at the time of filling of application in online mode. If photo/signature image is displayed
small or not visible in preview on website that means photo/signature is not as per the AIIMS,
Kalyani prescribed guidelines and in that case, their application will be rejected. So, candidates
are advised to be careful while uploading their photo and signature. Both must be visible clearly
on Online Application Form.
19. In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she is required to fill in the
form separately through On-line mode only followed by paying separate application fees along with
separate set of mentioned certificates/documents as applicable. In case of application for multiple
posts, candidate should send his/her application in separate envelops. Multiple Applications for a
single post are prohibited.
ii. Maximum age limit for applying for the posts of Professor on deputation is 58
years and for Additional Professor is 56 years as on last date of receipt of online
application.
iii. The deputation appointment may be made initially 3/5 years, extendable for
another two years up to maximum of 7 years. However, the Executive Director
reserved the right to decide the tenure of engagement.
iv. Terms and Condition of deputation would be regulated in accordance with the
relevant guidelines outlining various aspects of deputation as issued by the
Department of Personnel and Training, Govt. of India vide their OM No-6/8/2009-
Estt. (Pay-II) dated 17th June, 2010, OM No. 2/6/2016-Estt (Pay-II), dated 17th

• Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of submission of online applications, i.e. the
Cut Off Date.
• No age relaxation would be available to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved
vacancies.
• Age relaxation permissible to various categories is as under: -

* The age relaxation will be admissible to only those employees working under Central
Government not under Autonomous Body/State Government/PSU and working in posts
which are in the same line or allied cadres and here a relationship could be established that the
service already rendered in a particular post will be useful for the efficient discharge of the duties
of the post(s) to which has been advertised. Decision in this regard will rest with the Authority of
AIIMS, Kalyani. In addition, they have to submit Annexure -VIII for claiming age relaxation.
Age relaxation to other categories of the candidates will also be applicable as per the DoPT
instructions. However, age relaxation will be regulated as per the DoPT instructions.
21.2. Candidates applying under any of the reserved category posts, viz. SC/ST/OBC/ PwBD (OH-
OL and BL)/EWS will be considered subject to Caste/ PwBD (OH-OL and BL)/EWS Certificate
issued by the appropriate/Competent Authority in the prescribed format. Community should be
clearly and legibly mentioned in the Certificate.
• Candidates applying under OBC category must produce the valid caste certificate in the
format provided by DoPT vide O.M. No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res.) dated 30.05.2014 and as
amended from time to time.
• OBC candidate’s eligibility will be based on the caste(s) borne in the Central List of
Government of India.
• The vacancies are being advertised in the Financial year 2023-2024, therefore, valid NCL-
OBC certificate issued after 01.04.2023 will be considered valid. Candidature who have
NCL-OBC certificate issued before this period (i.e. 01.04.2023) will not be considered valid
for this advertisement. Therefore, OBC candidate must ensure that they have a valid

• OBC candidate(s) should not belong to Creamy Layer and their sub-caste should match
with the entries in the Central List of OBC, failing which their candidature will not be
considered for OBC post. They will however be treated as UR candidate (if UR posts
advertised).
Only such persons would be eligible for reservation under PwBD (OH-OL & BL) quota in
service/posts who suffer from not less than 40% of physical disability. Person who wants to avail
the benefit of reservation would have to submit a Disability Certificate as issued by a Competent
Authority in prescribed format as per “Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016”, which (This
board will evaluate suitability of candidates for the post one is being considered for) come into
force with effect from 19.04.2017. The candidature of PwBD applicant is subject to evaluation by
Medical Board duly constituted by the Competent Authority, AIIMS, Kalyani.
a) The vacancies advertised under EWS category are as per the instructions issued by DoPT,
Ministry of Personal, Public Grievances & Pension, Govt. of India, Vide OM No 36039/1/2019-
Estt(Res) dated 31.01.2019. Application under EWS category will be considered subject to
submission of Income and Assets certificate in the prescribed format issued by the Competent
Authority and subject to verification of genuinity of the certificate by the issuing authority.
Therefore, EWS certificate must ensure that they have valid EWS certificate on or before
closing date of online application showing the income from all sources for the financial year
prior to the year of application as per DoPT OM No 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated
31.01.2019.
b) Candidates who fail to produce valid EWS certificate will not be considered for reservation

c) As per DoPT OM No 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019, the crucial date for
submitting income and asset certificate by the candidates is the closing date for receipt of
application for the post. Therefore, EWS candidate must ensure that they have a valid EWS
certificate on or before the last date of submission of application.
i. No Objection Certificate from the present employer (in case of candidates working in
Government/Semi or Quasi Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies or any institution

v. Candidates need to submit NOC for this advertisement only. NOC obtained against pervious
advertisement and/or issued before publication of this advertisement in the Institute
website/News Paper, will not be considered.
vi. The No Objection Certificate should clearly state that the candidate will be allowed to
join if selected and not merely for appearing in the interview. Proforma is attached at
Annexure-IV. NOC issues only for interview will not be considered for selection
process.
vii. No candidate will be allowed to appear the interview without NOC from his/her
employer.
21.7. The candidates are to satisfy all eligibility criteria before online application. They must
possess the educational qualification and experiences as recognized by the Govt. of India. Their
candidature will be cancelled at any stage and even after selection & joining this institute if it is
found that their educational qualification or experiences is not recognized by the Govt. of India.
21.8. The equivalent qualification and experience will be decided by the Competent Authority of
AIIMS, Kalyani and his/her decision in this regard will be the final.
21.9. The period of probation is two (2) years. During period of probation, you will be liable to
be discharged from service at any time without any notice, if: -
a) On the basis of your performance or conduct, you are considered unsuitable for
further retention in service, or
b) You are otherwise found ineligible or unsuitable to be retained in the service.
21.10. Assessment Promotion: A faculty after rendering fixed years of service on a grade may be
considered for assessment promotion subject to the Rules and Regulations applicable from time to
time in the Central Government Institutions/AIIMS.
21.11. The employees of the Institute will be governed by the New Pension Scheme as per the
provision contained in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs (ECB & PR
Division). Notification No. 5/7/2003-ECB&PR dated 22.12.2003. The post(s) is/are whole time and
private practice of any kind is strictly prohibited.
21.12. Selected Candidates will have to serve minimum six months’ continuous service at AIIMS,
Kalyani before tendering resignation. However, relieving from AIIMS, Kalyani will be decided by the
Competent Authority after considering the staff strength and availability of staff before relieving or
as decided by the Institute. Decision of the Competent Authority in this regard will be final and
binding to all.
Consolidated Remuneration:
Age Limit and Relaxation will be as per the Clause no 21.1 of this advertisement.
22.01. The appointment is purely on CONTRACT BASIS for a period of one year or till
such time the alternate arrangements are made, whichever is earlier, with effect from the
date of joining. However, the contractual appointment shall not be extended beyond the
period of two years. If the contract is not extended further, the same will lapse automatically.
The appointment can also be terminated at any time, on either side, by giving one month’s
notice or by paying one month’s salary, without assigning any reason or failure to complete
the period of three months to the satisfaction of Competent Authority.
22.02. The appointee shall perform the duties as assigned to him/her. The competent
authority reserves the right to assign any duty as and when required. No extra/additional
allowances will be admissible in case of such assignment.
22.03. The appointee shall not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund, Pension,
Gratuity, Medical Attendance Treatment, Seniority, Promotion etc. or any other benefits
available to the Govt. Servants, appointed on regular basis.
22.04. The appointee shall not be granted any claim or right for regular appointment to
any post of AIIMS Kalyani.
22.05. The appointee shall be on the whole time appointment of the AIIMS Kalyani and
shall not accept any other assignment, paid or otherwise and shall not engage
himself/herself in a private practice of any kind during the period of contract.
22.06. The appointment to the said post will be subject to medical fitness from the
competent medical board for which he/she will be sent to the designated Medical Authority.
22.09. The appointee is not entitled to any T.A. for attending the interview and joining
the appointment.
22.10. Other conditions of service will be governed by relevant rules and orders issued
from time to time.
22.12. The appointee shall not be entitled to avail any allowances/facilities being
extended to the regular/permanent faculty members of the AIIMS Kalyani.
22.14. The reservation for ST/SC/OBC/EWS candidates is as per Central Govt. rules and
candidate are requested to follow the clause no. 21.2 to 21.5 of this advertisement for
information and necessary action.
23.02. Retired Faculty from Armed Forces Medical Service (AFMS) at the level of Additional Professor
and Associate Professor up to age of 70 years are encouraged to apply on contract basis under Scheme
for Re-deployment of Superannuated Teachers of the AFMS (SRESTA).
23.03. Applicants who fulfil the above qualifications/eligibility may submit Application form as per the
procedure given in General Conditions.
23.04. Remuneration: The approved lumpsum remuneration for retired Faculty Consultants would
be as per the post they are selected for. The post-wise applicable lumpsum remuneration are as under:
23.05. Retired Faculty Consultants in the event of being provided campus accommodation facilities,
applicable deductions in respect of such accommodation would be made from the remuneration, as
under:
23.06. Terms & Conditions: The Terms and Conditions of engagement of Retired Faculty
Consultant on contract basis in new AIIMS are as follows:
(i) The engagement of retired faculty consultant is purely on contract basis for an initial term of
two years from the date of joining duty after acceptance of this contract. The term may be
extended by another two years or till the attainment of age of 70 years or till the post is filled by
regular appointment, whichever is earliest. The period of contract is subject to be reduced or
extended at the sole discretion of the Competent Authority AIIMS Kalyani.
(iii) The retired faculty consultant will report to the Executive Director, AIIMS, Kalyani.
(iv) During the period of contract, retired faculty consultant will be paid a consolidated monthly
remuneration as indicated in the letter of engagement subject to satisfactory output. His
remuneration shall be all inclusive and subject to deduction of tax at source and/or any other
statutory deductions to the extent required under the laws.
(vi) Retired Facility Consultant will be eligible for thirty (30) days leave in a calendar year, on
cumulative basis.
(vii) During the period of contract, the engagement is liable to be terminated at any time with a one-
month notice, without assigning any reason whatsoever. It will be open to the Institute to pay,
in lieu of notice, salary for the period by which the notice period falls short. Similarly, the
retired faculty consultant may also terminate the contract any time with one month's notice.
The termination may be allowed with lesser notice period also provided the retired faculty
consultant deposits with the Institute appropriate amount equivalent to the consolidated
remuneration of the period by which the notice period falls short, in lieu of the notice period.
(viii) Private practice of any kind, including laboratory and consultant practice is prohibited.
The retired faculty consultant will not engage himself/herself in any other paid assignment
during the validity of this contract.
(ix) If at any time, in the opinion of competent authority, which is final in this matter, retired
faculty consultant is found non-performing or guilty of any offence, dishonesty, disobedience,
disorderly behavior, negligence, indiscipline, absence from duty without permission or any
other conduct considered by the competent authority, deterrent to the interest of AIIMS or
violation of one or more terms and conditions of this letter, his/her services may be terminated
without notice and the competent authority shall be entitled to recover any damages arising out
of any act or omission on his/her part, from him/her.
(x) Other conditions of service will be as provided under the Rules, Bye laws and Regulations of
the Institute and governed by the relevant rules and orders issued by the Government of India.
It may please note that the retired faculty consultant will be required to conform to the Rules,
Bye laws, Regulations, Discipline and Code of Conduct prevailing in the Institute from time to
time.
(xi) Retired Faculty Consultant will be governed, in respect of any matter relating to the conduct,
discipline, in respect of which no provisions have been made in these terms and conditions, the
provisions of the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964 and the Central Civil Services
(Classification Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 as amended from time to time.
(xii) Retired Faculty Consultant will be at the disposal of the Institute on whole time basis and
his/her services may be utilized in any manner required by the Competent Authority of the
Institute without any claims for any additional remuneration.
(xiii) The Institute will not be responsible for any loss, accident, damages or injury while
performing the consultancy assignment including travel.
(xv) Retired Faculty Consultant and his/her family members shall not accept any gifts or
presentations, directly or indirectly, whether in the form of money, free possession of goods or
other benefits from any person or firm with whom he/she is or likely to be, in contract, by
virtue of this contract with whom he/she/has or is likely to have dealings. His/her services
would be terminated, if found involved in corrupt practices, besides taking action as per
rules/law.
(xvi) Retired Faculty Consultant will devote his/her whole time and attention exclusively to
the duties entrusted to him/her to the best of his/her power, ability and skill. He/ She will
acknowledge that his/her position entails absolute confidentiality and therefore during the
continuance of this contract/arrangement and/or cessation of this contract for any reasons
whatsoever, he/she will not indulge or disclose any information, papers and documents in
his/her knowledge and custody to any outsider and maintain absolute confidentiality.
(xvii) Retired Faculty Consultant is liable to make good any of loss sustained by the
Government due to his/her misbehavior or negligence.
(xviii) Retired Faculty Consultant will not engage himself/herself in any other paid assignment
during the validity of this contract.
(xix) Retired Faculty Consultant will not disclose or divulge or make public or shall
personally use for any gain any of the materials, processes, accounts, transactions, dealings,
information etc. whether the same may be confined to him/her or may become known to
him/her during the course of his/her services or otherwise.
(xx) In case Retired Faculty Consultant is employed elsewhere, he/she will bring a letter from
his/her present employer stating that his/her resignation has been accepted and he/she is
relieved.
(xxi) In case any of the above conditions are violated, the appointment shall automatically
stand cancelled.
(xxii) Upon termination for whatever reasons, Retired Faculty Consultant will forthwith return
to Institute all records/documents and papers that are in his/her custody and control, by
virtue of his/her engagement and obtain discharge in writing from institute.
(xxiii) Retired Faculty Consultant will not seek or try to secure any other job or employment
without previous written sanction/consent of the Institute.
(xxiv) There will be periodical monitoring of the performance of the contractual appointee and
in the event that his/her performance is found to be unsatisfactory, his/her contract is liable to
be terminated and/or his/her payments withheld till satisfactory progress is achieved by
him/her.
(xxv) This contract shall be governed by the rules, regulations and law of the Government of
India.
23.07. The reservation for ST/SC/OBC/EWS candidates is as per Central Govt. rules and
candidate are requested to follow the clause no. 21.2 to 21.5 of this advertisement for
information and necessary action.
a) Short Listing/Methods of the Selection: The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere
possessing the same does not entitle any candidate to be called for interview or for selection.
Based on bio-data, the Screening Committee may short list candidates for interview. In the event
of large no of application received, Competent Authority reserves right to exercise any method of
short listing as may be deemed fit. The candidate should, mention all his/her qualifications and
experience over and above the minimum qualifications. Candidates called for interview will have
to produce all relevant original documents in proof of details furnished in their application at the
time of interview. They may also be asked to submit an affidavit/declaration as decided by the
AIIMS, Kalyani at time of Interview. The methodology of Selection will be decided by the Selection
Committee as deemed fit besides any other matter relating to the selection process.
b) Site of Interview: Interviews will be held at AIIMS Kalyani or any other place as decided by the
Executive Director, AIIMS, Kalyani. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. The
Summoning of candidates for interview convey no assurance whatsoever that they will be
selected.
d) Any corrigendum or revision of the advertisement or any other information regarding this
recruitment will be posted on the Official website of AIIMS, Kalyani only in due course.

m) In connection with selection process, Institute may ask the candidates for any explanation,
clarification and documents. Candidates will be bound to provide information and documents as
and when requested by the Competent Authority, AIIMS, Kalyani.
n) All the posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar
status at Kalyani, West Bengal.
o) The candidates are likely to be posted at rural health and urban health centers or other centers
attached with the Institute for the period to be decided by the Institute as applicable.
p) AIIMS, Kalyani reserves the rights to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
q) While every effort will be made to provide residential accommodation to the Faculty appointed at
the Institute subject to availability but in view of the paucity of the residential accommodation in
the campus, it may not be possible to provide accommodation in every case. In the event that no
accommodation is provided, necessary H.R.A. as admissible to Central Government Servants of
similar status stationed at Kalyani, West Bengal will be provided, subject to staying within the
municipal limit of the Institute.
s) The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
t) Decision of the Competent Authority, AIIMS, Kalyani regarding joining period and extension of
joining period after selection will be final and binding to all.
u) In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false or if the
candidate has willfully suppressed any material information relevant to this appointment, he/she
will be liable to be removed from the service without any further explanation and any action taken
as deemed fit by the Appointing Authority.
w) The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this
