Vendor Development: Managing performance of the 3PL vendor in fulfilling all orders within service
level agreements. Negotiating with vendors & transporters for optimal pricing and freight. Identifying
and developing alternate vendor source for localization, reduction in delivery time and improving
consistency in quality & competition among vendors. Administering coordination with foreign suppliers
and their Agents. Assessing performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality.
