ACADEMIC DELIVERABLES CELL (ADC)

Notice No.: 14/2024, for the Students of PGDM 2023-25, Trim-III, Dated 2ND APRIL 2024

Sub: SIP (SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM)

1. The course curriculum of PGDM, e-Biz, BD, RM, HCM, Rural, M&E, RBA Batch 2023-25 includes an
internship requirement.

2. In continuation of the Internship Module Design, introduced, WeSchool expects all first year students
(between Trimester 3 & Trimester 4) to execute two Projects, i.e. Summer Internship Project (SIP) and
Summer Internship Research Project (SIRP). The purpose of this twin-project approach is to provide
every student with a distinctive competitive edge during Executive Placements, scheduled for later this
year.
While the SIP would have to be executed in an Industrial organization, the details of the SIRP would be
slightly different, and are detailed, in a separate communication.

3. The SIP for all of you will commence on 2nd of May 2024 and will continue up to June 30th, 2024.
There may be some students, whose SIP start/finish dates are slightly different, for which Group Director
approval will be sought for by CMC.

4. We expect the SIP would be set on course, by you, in consultation with the Corporate Mentor/Project
Guide and your We School Internal Faculty Mentor.

approved the draft report in soft format.

b) All students must submit the above draft soft copy of the above approved draft SIP report to their
Internal Faculty Mentor. Once your Internal Faculty Mentor has reviewed and approved the contents,
you should add the following documents to the SIP report:

*i: A SIP completion certificate from your Industry Mentor/Project Guide, including Paper & Pencil
signature OR alternative digital mode, if the situation is unique. (the prescribed format is shared in

Only the major heads and important sub-headings should be included.

This should be followed by the list of tables, graphs and appendices (all three separately) that are

 Executive summary: This is an important part of the report, often it is the only portion
that Managers read. It must concisely describe the problem, approach and research design adopted
along with mentioning the major finds, conclusion, and recommendations. This should be of
around 300-500 words, precise and easy to read.
