 To apply the concept of organic compost and understand the three environmental r's
(recycle, reuse, and reduce).
 To apply the concept learnt about plant minerals.
 To create a successful, sustainable kitchen garden using organic methods.

• To set up the indoor kitchen garden.
• To apply the concept of compost and plant minerals.
Guidelines:
1. Decide the type of vegetable to be grown which will be suitable according to space available.
2. Set up kitchen garden and create a photo essay on A3 paper with picture references.
3. To use the compost or manure created.
4. To tabulate the data on a A3 sheet paper with photo references.
