the local park. Excitement filled the air, but as they began to
play, John realized he hadn't warmed up or stretched. In the heat
of the game, he ignored it, but it wasn't long before a misstep
caused him to twist his ankle. Wincing in pain, he learned a
valuable lesson: even in the thrill of moderate to vigorous
physical activity, skipping warm-up and proper gear checks can
lead to sports injuries, a lesson he wouldn't soon forget.
