Sub: Appointment letter for the full-time post of Content Writer- Associate
Dear Vanshika,
We are pleased to offer you the full-time role of an Essay Writer/Editor on the following terms and conditions.
1) You are employed by WriteForMe as a Full-time Writer. Association with any other organization as an employee
is prohibited. You will be editing essays for students applying abroad for higher education. For this work, student’s documents
will be shared with specific deadlines. You are required to return the work on/before the required deadlines.
2) Your contract will be effective from August 22nd, 2024.
3) You will be paid Rs. 23,000 monthly for the work done. Salaries are transferred to your bank account between 7th-
10th of every month.
4) That you will not utilize, disclose or divulge to any person(s) any information of the establishment trade secret or know-
how of the establishment.
5) You are not allowed to contact Tie-up organization’s directly for any purpose. Failure to abide by this can lead to the
termination of this appointment and a fine amounting to six months of salary. Upon leaving this role however, you can reach
out to them after a gap of 60 days.
6) Maintaining the quality (especially grammar) is vital for us to continue with this role. Following can lead to immediate
termination:
Please also remember that plagiarism/ grammatical errors of any sort will not be tolerated within the team.
The use of any AI tools is also prohibited.
We have the right to terminate this engagement with immediate notice in case we observe any structural, writing, or
content-related errors.
7) You will be notified at least one week in advance before the termination of your services, unless immediate citing
above reasons.
8) A probationary period lasting 60 days will commence upon your date of joining. The purpose of this period is to
facilitate your transition and provide training. Please note that taking more than 2 leaves during this probationary
period is not permitted. This period will also assess your candidature for continuity in the role.
9) You will give a notice period of 45 days (non-negotiable) before you are relieved of your services. Failure to do that
can entitle us to withhold any pending payment due to non fulfillment of the notice period. Any leaves are strictly
prohibited during the notice period.
10)Paid Leaves for all full-timers, and part-timers are restricted to 18 in a year amounting to 1.5 leaves every month.
11)All tasks must be submitted within the allocated deadlines.
