Trainee in ESAF Small Finance Bank, do hereby agree the following:

1. I hereby confirm my willingness to work in any location/ any role as instructed by the
Bank, from time to time.
2. I will bind myself to follow the Rules and Regulations issued by Bank from time to
time.
3. I do hereby agree that I will be serving the organization for a minimum of 18 months
including my training/ probation period; I will not leave the Bank during this period for
any reason whatsoever. In the event of leaving the Bank before the completion of
the above said period, I hereby agree to pay training cost of Rs.50,000/- after
offsetting the incentive if any, earned during the service.
4. During the tenure of my working with the Bank, I will serve the Bank faithfully,
diligently and devote my time fruitfully for the progress of the Bank and also for my
personal growth.
5. I will not disclose any critical/ confidential information of the Bank, which comes to my
notice during my tenure.
6. During the above period of my service with the Bank, I will not engage myself directly
or indirectly with any other firm/ Bank/ business for any salary or retainer fee or
honorarium.
7. I do hereby undertake that the Bank is at liberty to terminate my services without
assigning any reason, in case I am in insubordination with, insult or disobedience to
any of my superiors or responsible officers of the Bank, gross neglect of work, non-
performance of work, damage to the Bank’s equipment / property, misappropriation
of any kind, etc.
8. I do hereby undertake to leave the Bank unconditionally, if found not medically fit to
continue in the service of the Bank and I will not be entitled to any compensation.
9. I hereby, confirm that I will submit my educational documents as declared within 6
months of my Date of Joining with Bank.

I am aware that non-abiding to any of the above clauses, the Bank can take appropriate
action as per the policies including separation from the Bank.
I hereby acknowledge that, I have read and understood the above clauses and agree to
same on my own free consent.
