HALF -YEARLY DATESHEET (FOR STD. III- VIII)
SESSION- 2024-25

Dear Parents/ Guardians,
This is to inform you that the Half-Yearly Examination for the session 2024-25 will
commence from 11.09.2024 (Wednesday). The Datesheet for the said examination is
attached below. Kindly note down the following details in this regard:
1. The Minor subject exams will be conducted as per the dates given below. No
re-examination will be taken. Normal school timing will be followed on all minor
subject exam days. Early dispersal during the minor subjects exam days will not
be entertained.
2. Dates for Computer Practical & viva Exam will be given in the Whatsapp group
shortly.
3. Half- Yearly Question Paper Design will be given in the Whatsapp group for the
student’s reference.
4. All the major subjects will be assessed out of 80, except 3rd Lang and Computer.
5. 3rd Lang exam will be assessed out of 40 and then doubled to 80. Computer Theory
(written) will be assessed out of 50 and practical and viva out of 30.
6. GK/EVE/Value Education/ Life Skill written exam will be assessed out of 20. Project
will be out of 10. Total marks will be 30.
7. The school timing on all major subject exam days will be from 8:30am to 12:15pm
[Std. III & IV], 8:30am to 12:30pm [Std. V to VIII] except on 21.09.2024
(Saturday).
8. On 21.09.24, dispersal will be at 11:15 am for std III & IV, 11:30 am for std V to
VIII.
9. Students must come in school uniform on all major subject exam days.
10. Students must carry Yoga mats on the Yoga exam day [31.08.2024].
11. Revision test span will be from 31.08.24 to 04.09.24. Dates and syllabus will be
forwarded shortly. Marks of the revision test will be added to the copy assessment.
12. All the revision test papers will be handed over to the students on 09.09.24(Monday).
