NATURE OF JOB
Assists the Ganeral Manager in planning and establishing production, deliveries and
inspection procedures.
Shop-floor and engineering drawings analyses and follow-ups from design
deportment.
Responsible for man-hours, KPIs, documentation, Project-Budgets.
Co-ordinations and understanding of projects situations, requirements, durations.
Production casting and deliveries as per project management schedules and
Stockyard capacities.
Supervising the work of assigned to workers and participating in the operation,
production and Process Line.
Responsible for all types Production Process, Purchas requests, Raw materials,cast in
parts, finishing of elements, rectifications, rejection, cost control, team safety.
Co-Ordinate with design, project managements, QA/QC, clients, store, Maintenance,
dispatch, Transport deportments.
Row material handling
Cost control, rejection control
Training to new employees and operators.
Responsible for ensuring that log books, Production records, inspection certificates.
Inspecting work performed by outside contractors to ensure acceptability of
completed work.
SKILLS
Manpower handling and their safety in critical targets.
Able to handle pressure on production and client sides.
Knowledge of CADCAM software’s AUTOCAD (2007), Pro-E, M.S office.
Gentle attitude, self-motivation, team player.
Knowledge of 5S and bottleneck process.
