This report is prepared as a requirement of MBA program on the course of Management


Control System. Our report objective is to know about the overall performance of
Sneaker Shoe Company that will help us to be a successful marketer, leader, organizer
etc. This report focus on overall performance of Sneaker Store Company. Its vision is
to become the front ranking multiple shoes company in the world. Its mission is to
protect our natural environment in order to help sustain human development.
International guidelines have been developed in the areas of environment, health and
safety. We will discuss about the SOWT analysis of the company and then we can
provide some recommendations based on our findings.
INTRODUCTION

Report Background:

As a student of MBA it is very important to know about the marketing


system of an organization. So we did some research to know about the
overall performance of Sneaker Store Company. Our report is based upon
the overall performance of Sneaker Store Company. This will definitely
benefit us to increase the knowledge about the organisational activities of a
shoe company.

Scope of report:

As we are preparing the report on Sneaker Store Company, so it is very easy


to collect all the related information, which will be required for preparing a
report. That will help us develop our future career.

to be a successful marketer, leader, organizer etc.
COMPANY HISTORY
Sneaker Store Ltd. is a privately owned global shoe manufacturer and
retailer headquartered in Gujarat, India. With operations in 68 countries,
Sneaker Store is organized into four business units. Sneaker India, based in
Gujarat, serves the Indian market with 250 stores. Based in Paris, Sneaker
Store Europe serves the European market with 500 stores. With supervision
located in Singapore, Sneaker Store International boasts 3,000 stores to
serve markets in Africa, the Pacific, and Asia. Finally, Sneaker Store in
America, operating out of Mexico City, sells footwear throughout Latin
America. In total, Sneaker Store owns more than 4,700 retail stores and 46
production facilities. Total employment of the company exceeds 50,000.

Sneaker Store Gujarat is affiliated to the International Sneaker Store


Organization, the world's largest footwear manufacturing and marketing
organization. Started operation in Gujarat in 2022.

Currently, Sneaker Store operates 2 manufacturing plants, one in


Ahmedabad and the other one in Surat. Sneaker Store is producing around
110,000 pairs of shoes daily. It has a modern tannery with the latest
technological facilities to process 5 million square feet of leather yearly.

Sneaker Store strives to develop long-term partnership with its suppliers and
business associates.
Each Sneaker Shoes Company around the world is committed to ensuring
that operations are conducted ethically.
SWOT ANALYSIS
Managing the marketing function begins with a complete analysis of the
organization’s situation. The market should conduct a SWOT analysis.

The SWOT analysis of Sneaker Store Company is given

STRENGTH:

1. Intention of sale environment: Sneaker Store Company has an


intention of creating a profitable sale environment in them.

2. Service motive: Sneaker Store Company has the motive of better


service given to the consumer.

3. Flexibility: Sneaker Store Company is a flexible departmental store. It


can perform its business activities both in much or less space.

4. Market research: The authority does a research over the market


position, ups and downs of prices, needs and wants of the customer to take
important marketing decision.

5. Supply of goods according to new fashion: It serves the products to


the consumer according to the new style and fashion.

WEAKENESS:

1. Delay in decision making: The authority has to take decision by


consulting with other members. Sometime long term discussion and arguing
make the decision time consuming.

2. Lack of advertising: Advertisement provided by Sneaker Store


Company is not sufficient. The net information does not meet to our
need.
OPPORTUNITIES:

1. Good will: Sneaker Store Company has created a good will among
the consumer by providing better service.

2. Direct communication: It maintains a direct communication with the


consumer

3. Creating relationship: Sneaker Store Company creates direct


relationship with consumer.

THREAT:

1. Competitors: Powerful multiple stores like Nike, Puma are


competitors of Sneaker Store Company.

2. Price rate: According to the changes to the demand authority has to


less the price rate of commodity. It causes loss for the company.
FINDINGS

After preparing this report I have come to know about various


important issues. The following findings are:

 It is a multiple shoe company. Usually we sell all kinds of shoes.

 I have come to know that Sneaker Store Company produce three kinds
of products; for male, for female and for children.

 It also sell those shoes which are attracted by the teenagers. Example:
Gladiator shoes.

 We also know that in different occasion Sneaker Store Company sells


some new shoes. We also give discounts to the customers in different
occasion and decorate the market nicely. The shoe price of the
Company is fixed price.

 All shoes are displayed for the customer.

 The customer takes products in their own hands and then they pay the
price in the cash counter.

 All branches of Sneaker Store Company are not decorated in the same
way.

 The organization is very careful at calculating the price of products.


RECOMMENDATION

After doing the research, I would like to give some recommendations. These
are as follows:-

 It should be more wide and spacious.

 The parking system of this market should be in that way, where


buyers can easily park their cars.

 If we imports foreign shoes. Directly then we can sell it at less price


so the consumer get more satisfaction.

 We should launch more improved shoes for consumers.

 The technology should be improved.

 We should use more modern machines to produce high quality shoes.


CONCLUSION
Sneaker Store Company is one of the largest multiple shoe company in India
as well as in the world. The product quality is very high and marketing
process is also well. After all we face some problems, we have indicated
these problems in our report, and gave some recommendations. I wish if we
follow the recommendation we will able to remove their problems and also
able to achieve the vision, mission, and goal.
