TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
PRICE TERMS:
Quoted prices are on F.O.R LAHORE basis in Pak Rupees and does not include GST, inspection,
installation/commissioning & training (if applicable), or any costs related to activities done by third
parties. The GST (18% for registered firms and 21% for non-registered firms) will be charged separately
as applicable.
PAYMENT TERMS:
• 50% advance payment will be made before order confirmation of order.
• 50% payment will be released against delivery.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE:
The minimum order value should not be less than 1 million rupees, otherwise handling charges of
50,000/- will be charge additionally, or we will not accept purchase order.
DELIVERY:
Delivery shall be made within 12-16 weeks or earlier after receipt of official purchase order in original.
We will not be responsible for any delay in shipment subject to force majeure or any factor beyond us
control. The offered delivery time is subject to get approval from bank to import offered goods/items.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY:
The minimum order quantity of offered items must align with the standard package quantity as per
standard policy of OEM. The orders below the package quantity cannot be accepted.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Any delay or failure of supplier to perform its obligations hereunder shall be excused if, and to the
extent that it is caused by an event or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of supplier and without
its fault or negligence, such as, by way of example and not by way of limitations, acts of God, actions by
government authority (whether valid or invalid), fires, floods, windstorms, explosions, riots, natural
disasters, wars, sabotage, labor problems (including lockouts, lockdowns, strikes and slowdowns),
inability to obtain power, material, labor, equipment or transportation, or court injunction or order and
any other similar events, not within control. In such cases the buyer will not impose any penalty on the
supplier and will return our earnest money/security deposit (if any) without any deduction or penalties.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN:
The country of origin of quoted items may vary and could include Sweden, France, Japan, or any other
European or Asian country. The specific country of origin will only be confirmed after the placement of
the order with the OEM. It is understood and agreed that items of USA or INDIA origin will not be
shipped due to regulatory constraints. In such instances, the OEM reserves the right to suggest an
alternate or similar item from another origin. This is in compliance with regulations governing the import
and export of goods, and the parties acknowledge and accept this condition.
OBSOLETE OR DISCONTINUE:
If any quoted item(s) is obsolete or discontinued before or after placement of order, we may offer
alternate / equivalent items as advised by the OEM supplier. However, buyers may accept alternate or
equivalent item(s), if available or cancel that item(s) from purchase order, without imposing any penalty
on supplier; as these circumstances are completely beyond their control.
VALIDITY:
Our quotation will be valid for 30 Days from the date of quotation.
