SLNO INSTRUCTIONS ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು

1 In view of delay in arrival by bus, train etc. candidates are ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಬಸ್, ರೈಲು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ
advised to take extra precautions to reach the examination ಒಂದು ಗಂಟೆಯ ಮೊದಲು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಲು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು
centre at least one hour before the scheduled time.
ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ.

2 They are required to occupy their seats as per the register ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಬೆಲ್ ಆದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಅಂದರೆ
number in the Examination Hall immediately after the First Bell ಬೆ.10.00 ರ ನಂತರ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೊಠಡಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ನೊಂದಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ
i.e., after 10.00 am.
ನಿಗದಿತ ಆಸನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

3 Candidates will not be allowed to enter the Examination Hall ಮೂರನೆಯ ಬೆಲ್ ಅಂದರೆ ಬೆ.10.30 ಆದ ನಂತರ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೊಠಡಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲು
after the Third Bell i.e. after 10.30 am. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

4 No candidate will be allowed to appear at the examination ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಇತರೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ

Markers, White Fluid, Calculator, Wireless sets, bits of paper,
books / note etc. into the Examination Hall. ವೈಟ್ ಫ್ಲೂಯಿಡ್, ವೈರ್‌ಲೆಸ್ ಸೆಟ್ಸ್, ಪೇಪರ್ ಚೀಟಿ, ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿ / ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು
ತರುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

6 Candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall ONLY ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಇರುವ ಯಾವುದಾದರು

7 The candidates are not allowed to wear / carry any type of wrist ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೊಠಡಿಯ ಒಳಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಕೈಗಡಿಯಾರವನ್ನು

8 Candidates should not wear full sleeve shirt and jeans or ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತುಂಬು ತೋಳಿನ ಶರ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀನ್ಸ್ ಧರಿಸಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬಾರದು ಹಾಗೂ
should not wear any ornaments & appear for examination. ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಆಭರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ
Candidates should follow the Dress Code published on the KEA
Website. ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವ ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಸಂಹಿತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ
ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

9 Candidates, who fail to follow the dress code, will not be ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಸಂಹಿತೆ ಪಾಲಿಸದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

11 Candidates should not enter the examination hall by wearing ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಲೂಟೂಥ್ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ಬಳಕೆ ಜಾಸ್ತಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ,

12 Candidates should write their name in capital letters on the ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಬೆಲ್ ಆದ ನಂತರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಓ.ಎಂ.ಆರ್. ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ
OMR Answer Sheet issued after the first bell. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ದಪ್ಪ ಅಕ್ಷರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಬೇಕು.

13 Afterwards, candidates have to enter the Register Number ನಂತರ, ಬೆಲ್ ಸಮಯ / ಸೂಚನೆಗಳಂತೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೊಂದಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು
without any mistakes and shade the respective circles on the ಓ.ಎಂ.ಆರ್. ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಬರೆದು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವೃತ್ತಗಳನ್ನು
OMR answer sheet as per bell timings / instructions.
ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತುಂಬಬೇಕು.

14 Candidates have to enter the correct Version Code on the OMR ಬೆಲ್ ಸಮಯ / ಸೂಚನೆಗಳಂತೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಓ.ಎಂ.ಆರ್. ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ
answer sheet and shade the respective circles as per bell ಸರಿಯಾದ ವರ್ಷನ್ ಕೋಡ್ ಬರೆದು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವೃತ್ತಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ

15 Candidates should carefully enter the “Question Booklet ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ “ವರ್ಷನ್ ಕೋಡ್ / ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ” ಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತರ
Version Code / Serial Number” and “Answer Sheet Serial ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ “ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ” ಯನ್ನು ನಾಮಿನಲ್ ರೋಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಬೇಕು.

17 The candidates should follow the instructions given by the ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರತರಾಗಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನೀಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು
officials engaged in the examination duty. The candidates, who ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸದೇ ಇರುವ
will not follow the instructions, will be treated as unfair means
and his / her merit will not be declared. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯದ ವಿಧಾನವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮೆರಿಟ್

18 Candidates will not be allowed to leave the Examination Centre ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮುಗಿಯುವವರೆಗೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಮ. 12.30 ರವರೆಗೂ, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ
till completion of exam i.e., upto 12.30 pm. ಕೇಂದ್ರದಿಂದ ಹೊರ ಬರಲು ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
