INTRODUCTION
You will design a comprehensive ICT-enabled system (for example: Educational
system), focusing on integrating information and communication technologies,
understanding system concepts, and adhering to architectural standards. This
assignment aims to blend theoretical knowledge with practical design without
requiring coding.

REQUIRED TASKS
1. Research:
 Research and summarize the key components of Information and
Communication Technology (ICT). Explain how ICT facilitates
modern communication and information processing. Investigate the
role of ICT in your system.
 Research standards related to ICT (e.g., ISTE standards). Summarize
the key standards and discuss their importance in integrating
technology in your system.
2. Prepare a presentation:
 Describe how your system would integrate information and
communication technology. Also, your system should include various
components such as platforms, digital communication tools, and data
management systems.
 Create a visual diagram of the proposed system architecture for your
system. Include components like servers, databases, user interfaces,
and communication channels.
 Develop design artifacts such as wireframes, flowcharts, or mockups
of the user interfaces for your tools. These artifacts should illustrate
how users will interact with the system and access resources.
 Prepare a presentation to showcase your system. Include your research
findings, system architecture, design artifacts. (Use visual aids like
diagrams, mockups, and flowcharts to support your presentation).
