Characters:

● Sophia (Selvi): A senior project manager who believes in fairness but


has a dry sense of humor.
● Mia (Aarohi): A confident and ambitious new hire with a quick wit.
● Daniel (Sritan): A senior executive who means well but sometimes
shows his biases, often in funny ways.

stubborn but likable.

sometimes too eager.

because he likes his routine.
● Lucas (Karnav): A mid-level manager learning to recognize his
biases, often looking confused.
● Narrator (Emma): A neutral observer with a sarcastic tone.
● Henry (Yug): The scene-setter who occasionally makes jokes.

Henry: Scene 1: The Project Kickoff

Henry: (serious tone) A modern meeting room where our team gathers to
start a new project. They’re ready, but are they ready for what’s coming?

Sophia (Selvi): (cheerfully) Good morning, everyone! We’re here to discuss


our big new project. Let’s assign roles based on our strengths.

Daniel (Sritan): (nodding seriously) Sounds good. Liam, you lead the
strategy. James, you handle the technical stuff. After all, you’ve been here
since, well, forever.

Liam (Krishn): (sarcastically)I have got a phone call

Lucas (Karnav): Abba kamala hasan,aja beth jaa.

Sophia (Selvi): (glancing at Mia) What about Mia? She could bring some
fresh ideas. You know, ideas that aren’t ancient.

James (Deev): (hesitant) I’m not sure. This project is pretty complex. Maybe
we should stick with the old pros—like me, the guy who still uses a fax
machine.

Ethan (Joog): (eagerly) I can help out wherever needed. Maybe Mia can take
on some of the simpler tasks?

Sophia (Selvi): (firmly) Everyone here has valuable skills. Let’s give Mia a
chance. Plus, she might be the only one who knows how to turn on a
computer.

Narrator Emma (Snigdha): (voice-over, teasing) The problem isn’t obvious,


but it’s there. The team needs to figure out how to balance things—and
maybe catch up with the times.

Henry: Scene 2: Break Room Conversations

Henry: (light-heartedly) The office break room, where the real work gets
done—if by work you mean coffee and chat.

Liam (Krishn): (to Lucas) What do you think about the team setup? Should
we have stuck to the usual roles?

Lucas (Karnav): (thinking) At first, I wasn’t sure. But I’ve noticed we


overlook some of our team’s strengths just because they’re new. We might
be stuck in old habits.

Michael (Siddh): (shrugging) I don’t see why we need to change what’s


been working. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Besides, change is
hard—especially before my morning coffee.
Liam (Krishn): (nodding) True, but sometimes change leads to better
results. Like when I switched coffee brands. Maybe giving Mia more
responsibility will bring in some fresh ideas.

Ethan (Joog): (curious) Do you think it’s really about experience, or are we
just used to the same people leading?

Narrator Emma (Snigdha): (voice-over, chuckling) The team starts to


question their habits. Is it really about experience, or are they just
comfortable with the old ways?

Henry: Scene 3: The Presentation Rehearsal

Henry: (like a game show host) The team is in the conference room,
rehearsing their big presentation. Will it go smoothly? Let’s see!

Mia (Aarohi): (confidently) Based on our data, this approach could really
work. It’s a bit risky, but the rewards could be huge. And yes, I
double-checked—no fax needed.

Daniel (Sritan): (impressed) I hadn’t thought of that. This could really set us
apart. Who knew someone so new could be so sharp?

James (Deev): (reluctantly) It’s different, but maybe that’s what we need.
Let’s give it a shot. But I’m still keeping my fax machine... just in case.

Sophia (Selvi): (smiling) I’m glad we’re all on the same page. This is exactly
what I was hoping for—new ideas without the old-school tech.

Narrator Emma (Snigdha): (voice-over, smiling) The team finds solutions

Lucas (Karnav): (nodding) I’ve learned a lot from this project. It’s not about
who’s been here the longest—it’s about who has the best ideas.

Michael (Siddh): (sighing) I was skeptical at first, but I see now that change
isn’t always a bad thing. Especially if it means fewer meetings.

Sophia (Selvi): (smiling) It’s about recognizing everyone’s potential and


making sure we’re not stuck in the past.

Narrator Emma (Snigdha): (voice-over, warmly) The team addressed the
