 Terms & Conditions

• Price quoted is valid for 3 days from the date of quotation or the date of
confirmation/acceptance of order by customer, whichever is the earlier.
• Price of PV structure may vary depending on space available on rooftop.
• We consider the rooftop surface to be completely flat.
• Change of Name and Sanction load Enhance will be charged separately.
• Area where societies are giving Net Metering (EME, Valencia, Bahria). We are responsible
to provide Net Metering file, Meter and follow up only.
• Internal and external existing wiring is the responsibility of customer.
• Purchase Order would be in favor of Schnell Tech Pvt. Ltd.
• Transportation outside Lahore will be charge as per actual.
• Payment Terms; 90% advance, and 10% on successful commissioning.
• ONE YEAR FREE AFTER SALES SERVICES WITHOUT PARTS
• Prices are exclusive of taxes.

 Warranties

1. Solar panels

Performance warranty 25 years.

Power degradation less than 1 % every year.

There is no glass breakage warranty after installation.

Warranty will be void after the panel dismantled from the place installed.

2. Inverter

5-year Standard Inverterwarranty & FOX with 10 years Warranty.

*Warranty will not be revised for the replaced inverter.

Free replacement of the inverter will be only one time. (If manufacturer will accept it)

Any serious issue or the surge by grid will not be entertained.

Warranty will be voided after the inverter dismantled from the place installed.
