A very good morning to the honourable judges,
respected time-keeper, teachers and all my fellow friends. Today I would like to talk about happy life.
Ladies and gentlemen,
We all wish to live a happy life, right? Happy means
feeling, showing or causing pleasure or satisfaction. There are lots of idiom and proverbs that we learned in school. Did you still remember? It shows that happiness is very important in our life.
Well, let me show you how to live a happy life. In my
opinion, happy life means a life which is free from scares and worries. Many people are found worrying for small things. We are worried about the troubles of the future that have not come and may never come.
Ladies and gentlemen,
One of the first factors in feeling happy in life is to be
healthy. Many of us don’t even think about this blessing. When we lose it or find our physical strength PUBLIC SPEAKING TEXT
not to be as before, then we realize how precious it was.
I am sure that all religions in this world recommend us to take care of our bodily health. It can be made through by having a healthy diet, eating less, observing personal hygiene, having enough sleep, keeping a regular plan of visiting a doctor or going for a checkup. Please try these proposals. You might be surprised with the positive impacts.
Ladies and gentlemen,
The next tip for a happy life is be happy in what you
have. It’s not that bad. Count your blessings. We have to believe that what we have is enough. Then, we will be happy. If you see what other people have, trust me we will be unhappy in our whole life. Therefore, considering what is available with us living only enough will fill our life with happiness. Two magic words that should be bared in mind are thankful and greatful.

If you always want to be happy in life, then you have no

No matter how busy you are, spending time with family
will remove your disappointment immediately. Try doing various activities with your family members such as swimming, picnicking, travelling and others. It is an opportunity to gather strength and energy to go back to your daily activities. As a result, we would become more satisfied and happier with our life. You will surely see every happiness in the world around you. Remember, family is a circle of strength.
Ladies and gentlemen, if anything bad has ever
happened in your life, then forget it. Recalling a bad accident, not only hurts you, it also blocks you of the joys that lie ahead. Therefore, whatever is bad in life, you avoid thinking about it. Try it! You will know that it is best action for your life.
