Types of fractures
There are 2 types of fracture, Open fractur or compound fracture, and closed
fracture also known as a simple fracture.
Open fracture is condition where the bone pokes through the skin and can be
seen while the closed fracture is a condition where the bone is broken, but the
skin is intact.
b) Ancle fracture: Ancle fracture is a break on one or more of the bones that
make up ankle joint. Ancle fracture may result from excessive stress on the
joint such as from rolling an ankle or from trauma.
c) Wrist fracture: The wrist is formed by a group of bones, the edge of 2 bones
on your forearm (radius and ulna) and 8 smaller bones on your hand, also
called carpal bones. The wrist fracture happens when the one of the 2
bones that connects the forearm and the hand is broken. Wrist fracture is
commonly happened when someone falling on their hand.
A. Alignment of the broken bone fragments: when someone broke their bone,
it is possible that their bone is moving out of place (sometimes even poking
out of their flash). It is important to realign your bone to their normal
position. The Realignment process need to be done by professionals. During
emergency, please keep the surrounding of the injured person safe, and
contact a medical professional as soon as possible or visit the nearest
medical facilities.
C. Healthy lifestyle choices that promote healing: A healthy diet would help
the healing process better. Consuming food such as vegetables, fruits,
protein and water would help your body heals the broken bone faster. In
particular, calcium, vitamin D and protein will be important during the bone
healing process, so be sure you're focusing on food sources rich in these
nutrients, including dark, leafy greens, broccoli, fish, meat, yogurt, nuts and
seeds.

The main function of this medication is to kill virus that might causes illness inside
human body.
