Reebok international limited is a British-American footwear and clothing company


that has been a subsidiary of German sporting goods giant Adidas since August
2005. Reebok produces and distributes fitness, running and cross fit sportswear
including and footwear.

Responsibilities:

 Incident management (Solving the Tickets in SD module as and when it arises as per the SLA
guide lines).
 Explore and implement permanent solutions for avoiding such tickets in future.
 Provided prompt support resolution based on severity and maintains SLA.
 Close interaction with the SMO’s and key users.
 Review incoming mail in regular intervals.
 Monitor the critical jobs and check with Batch team in case of failure.
 Regularly monitor the interfaces and work on the solution in case of errors.
 Communicate with other teams like; Integration, WMS, MM, FI in case of required.
