Incident management (Solving the Tickets in SD module as and when it arises as per the SLA
guide lines).

Resolve tickets on time and prepared issue resolution document.

Resolved issues regarding sales, deliveries, shipment, billing, pricing, credit management and
output determination.
Involved in variant configuration.
Working on IDOC and job related issues.
Involved in knowledge transfer sessions from our senior consultants.
