Peperiksaan ini berdasarkan Projek Reka Bentuk Tahun Akhir (KKKR4852) anda.
This examination is based on your Final Year Design Project (KKKR4852).

(a) Huraikan proses yang anda dan kumpulan anda rancang. Ini harus merangkumi
pemilihan proses, deskripsi proses, kapasiti pengeluaran, tapak yang
dicadangkan, penerangan sumber bahan mentah, produk utama dan produk
sampingan berserta gambar yang relevan (seperti keseimbangan jisim dan
tenaga, piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), rancangan plot dan lokasi
tapak). (10 markah)
Describe the process that you and your group are designing. This should
include the process selection, process description, production capacity,
proposed site, description on sources of raw materials, main products and side
products along with relevant drawings (such as mass and energy balance,
piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), plot plan and site location).
(10 marks)

(b) Kenal pasti bahan berbahaya yang berada dalam projek anda. Pengenalpastian
bahaya hendaklah merangkumi sifat berbahaya dan inventori pengencaman
bahan bahaya. (10 markah)
Identify the hazardous materials that having in your project. The hazard
identification shall cover the hazardous properties and inventory of the
hazardous materials. (10 marks)

(c) Bincangkan keperluan undang-undang untuk projek anda berdasarkan


Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994 dan Peraturan Control of
Industrial Major Accident Hazards (CIMAH). (10 markah)
Discuss the applicable legal requirements on your project based on
Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994 and Control of Industrial
Major Accident Hazards (CIMAH) Regulation. (10 marks)

(d) Bincangkan sistem bahaya berdasarkan proses dan lokasi yang dipilih
(20 markah)
Discuss the hazard system based on the selected process and location.
(20 marks)

(e) Lakukan kajian hazard and operability study (HAZOP) mengenai LIMA (5)
peralatan utama yang direka. (25 markah)
Conduct a hazard and operability study (HAZOP) study on FIVE (5) major
equipment that you designing. (25 marks)

(f) Lakukan hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC) pada
LIMA (5) peralatan utama yang anda reka. Berdasarkan hasil HIRARC,
bincangkan risiko projek tersebut. (25 markah)

FIVE (5) major equipment that you are designing. Based on the HIRARC
results, discuss the risk of the project. (25 marks)
