In this assembly and user’s manual, the described “Doka Loading Platform” is connected to the brand
name “DOKA” ; the product itself “TSS Flexideck Cantilever Loading Platforms”, on which Doka Loading
Platform is based, is supplied by TSS (Total Safety Solutions) Trading LLC.

Assembly sequence
Step 1: Offloading from the truck

Step 2: Installation of Railing side panels

Connect the railing side panels to the main unit


using M10x30 Bolt & Nut (18 bolt & nut sets
required).

Step 3: Installation of Adjustable props

Connect the railing side panels to the main


unit using M16x50 Bolt & Nut (8 bolt & nut sets
required).

Step 4: Installation of scaffold tubes

Connect two layers of scaffold tubes in each


direction on the pre-attached couplers and fully
tighten the couplers. (4 pcs. 2.0m & 4 pcs. 2.5m
scaffold tubes for 2.50 to platforms and 4 pcs.
2.5m & 4 pcs. 3.5m scaffold tubes for 5.00 to
platforms required).

Step 5: Lifting by crane and installation on the concrete slab

Attach crane shackles on the crane attachment


points.
Whilst still connected to the crane tighten the
adjustable props against the concrete slab on
top. Once all 4 adjustable props are fully tight-
ened against the concrete slab the crane may be
released from the platform.

For repositioning from one floor to another one


the same procedure must be followed. First con-
nect the crane, untighten the adjustable props,
repositioning to the new concrete slab, tighten
the adjustable props against the concrete slab
and only once all adjustable props are tightened
the crane may be released.
