MARCOS ALIAS “TOTO-OTO” IN VIOLATION OF RA 9165

1. Reference: Spot report with CN: PS2-3-21-2024- dated March 21, 2024
2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that on March 23,
2024, a case for violation of SEC. 5 and 11 of RA 9165 was filed at the City
Prosecutor’s Office, thru Summary Inquest Proceedings against the suspects
PETROLINO OLIVAR MARCOS, 48 years old, male, resident of Purok 19, Savina,
Bilusa, Brgy., 76-A, Davao City.
3. Further, the said case was docketed under NPS Docket Number XI-02-INQ-24-C-
0794 for section 5 of RA 9165 and NPS Docket Number XI-02-INQ-24-C-0795 for
section 11 of RA 9165. Likewise, the drug evidence Shabu with total weight 1.7178
grams confiscated from suspect PETROLINO OLIVAR MARCOS as per Chemistry
Report No. D-326-2024DC. Also, the urine sample taken from living person of the
suspect gave POSITIVE result to the test for Methamphetamine and THC-Metabolite
a dangerous drug, as per Chemistry Report No. DT-392-2024DC.
4. Moreover, the suspects is still detained at this office while waiting for the
Court’s disposition. The drug evidence is now under the custody of Davao City Forensic
Unit while the non-drug evidence was already turned-over to Pat Jovannie mendoza,
Evidence Custodian. The affiants of the case are: 1) PCpl Nonito Ampongol, Poseur-
Buyer/Arresting Officer; 2) PSSg Renard Aballe, (BWC), PCpl Peter Paul Rabia, (ARD),
3) Pat Jovanie Mendoza, Data Custodian and 4) PMSg Perfecto Tuloy Jr, Investigator.
