Who We’re Looking For:


We need someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—someone who sees
problems as puzzles to solve, not obstacles to avoid. You should have a deep understanding of
Go and Python and be comfortable with the ins and outs of Elasticsearch or OpenSearch. If
you’ve dabbled in Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar AI technologies, even better.
But it’s not just about what you know; it’s about your attitude and interest. We’re looking for an
engineer who approaches their work with an ownership mindset, who’s self-motivated, and
who’s always eager to learn. Even if you don’t check all the boxes, your enthusiasm and
willingness to grow matter most to us. If you’ve got a side project or a piece of code that you’re
particularly proud of, we want to hear about it.

What You’ll Be Doing:


Building the Core: You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend
infrastructure of Seekora AI, focusing on creating powerful search models and efficient query
structures.
Creating Microservices: Design and implement scalable microservices and data pipelines that
will form the backbone of our platform.
Integrations Galore: Work on integrating third-party APIs (ex: Razorpay, Google APIs, and
beyond) to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
End-to-End Involvement: From ideation to deployment, you’ll have a hand in every part of the
product development cycle, experiencing firsthand what it’s like to build a product from scratch.

What We Expect From You:


Must-Haves:
 Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Go and Python, alongside good knowledge
of Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
 AI Curiosity: Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or a genuine interest in AI
technologies.
 Problem-solving skills: A logical thinker with a knack for breaking down complex problems
into manageable parts.
 Foundations: A solid grasp of computer science fundamentals—data structures,
algorithms, etc.
 Ownership Mindset: You don’t just complete tasks—you own them, end to end.
