Problem Statement
Your consulting team has been engaged by a client facing challenges in today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed how we work in Australia,
enhancing efficiency and enabling new capabilities. It has revolutionised the way we obtain information, upended traditional ways of work, and has become integral to a myriad of other applications,
significantly impacting business operations and daily life. However, despite all the potential benefits, adoption of AI has been relatively slow, owing in some parts to mistrust in AI and the corporate
governance required to ensure appropriate development and use of AI.
Your team is tasked with acting as consultants for an Australian public or private company of your choice, from any industry. The objective is to develop strategies that address these barriers and
successfully implement AI as a key enabler for an organisation. Specifically, your client seeks actionable recommendations to answer the central question: How can AI be applied to enhance trust
in the public and / or private sector?
