DYJ80-70D(170K) Snubbing Unit

DYJ80-70D(170K) Snubbing unit is an independent Snubbing unit, which is used for gas well's construction operation under pressure at the wellhead.
The Snubbing unit is mainly composed of the main engine, power source part, mast winch system, blowout preventer control device, and equipment
accessories. The main body adopts a boom independent structure, adopts a two-cylinder type, with a maximum lifting force of 80T, a maximum downward
pressure of 42T, and a stroke of 3550mm; the working blowout preventer group consists of one annual and two FZ18-70 single-ram blowout preventers, with
a rated working pressure of 70MPa; it adopts two anti-top and two load-bearing four-slip structures, with a maximum diameter of 179.4mm; it can be
optionally equipped with an active hydraulic rotary table or a passive rotary table; the whole set of equipment has the characteristics of compact
structure, light weight, and easy disassembly and maintenance. The whole set of equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with standard
requirements, and is advanced and reasonable, meeting relevant HSE requirements.

This equipment is equipped with a slip anti-lock braking system, which solves the "bear lock" problem of the slip group that has not been solved at
home and abroad so far; the engine is equipped with a Tianyuan control system, which can realize remote real-time monitoring of the equipment, which is
beneficial for customers to understand the engine status at any time and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

2. Main features of Snubbing unit
1. All key components such as hydraulic pumps, control valves, annular blowout preventers, gate blowout preventers, hydraulic pipelines, joints,
hydraulic motors, throttle valves, etc. are imported or domestic well-known brands; auxiliary components such as hydraulic cylinders, instruments,
winches, etc. are made of domestic reliable components;

2. The slips of the snubbing unit are patented products of the company and have anti-lock function. The operation is convenient, and the traveling slip
and fixed slips can be interlocked, which has higher safety. In order to simplify the operation, the slips also have a linkage function, which greatly
simplifies the labor intensity of the main operator and speeds up the operation;
3. All BOPs, lifting flanges, balanced pressure relief systems, four-way piece and valves have the function of preventing hydrogen sulfide. The BOP
uses the domestic Cameron U-type fast BOP, which makes it faster to replace the gate body and rubber parts. The spherical rubber core uses original
imported accessories, which has better wear resistance;
4. The lifting system runs more smoothly. The lifting cylinder diameter parameter is 160/110, the stroke is 3550mm, and the upper and lower chambers of
the cylinder are equipped with adjustable buffers, which can guarantee the stability and synchronization of the cylinder operation to the greatest
extent. The hydraulic cylinder has excellent performance. Under normal use, there will be no eccentric wear and other phenomena, which is better than
the application performance of peer products. The hydraulic system is equipped with balancing valves in the upper and lower chambers of the lifting
cylinder, making the working state safer and suitable for various complex working conditions.
5. The engine adopts Cummins high-quality power system with sufficient power reserve to meet the power requirements under different working conditions.
It is also equipped with Tianyuan system, which can easily realize the daily operation monitoring and maintenance of the equipment;
6. The control systems, instrument boxes and related devices of all supplied equipment have good sealing performance, are waterproof and shock-
resistant, and the lighting lamps have explosion-proof function;

joints have sheaths to prevent dust from entering the pipeline;

13. The hydraulic oil tank of the whole machine adopts a welded structure with a capacity of 2500L. The oil suction filter is installed at the entrance

The breathing port of the oil tank extends to the outside of the oil tank, which ensures the safety of the power system to a greater extent.
