The John Snow, Business Analytics Club at Dayananda Sagar
College Of Engineering focuses on the study and application

Activities include workshops, guest lectures, case studies, and
competitions, all aimed at enhancing members'

ABOUT DATANOVA - 2024
Datavona is a business analytics club event designed for students,
professionals, and enthusiats to explore the lastest trends and applications in
business analytics. The event typically features on tools like Excel, Tableau, and
Power Bi, along with sessions on advanced techniques such as Machine
Learning and Data Visualisation. Industry experts and academics share their
insights through guest talks and panel discussions, providing real-world
perspectives on the role of analytics in driving business decisions. Participants
also engage in case competitions, solving real-world problems using data
analytics, while networking opportunities allow them to connect with
professionals and peers for future career growth. Overall, Datanova aims to
enhance participants practical knowledge and skills in the rapidly envolving
field of business analytics.

THE FEST IS OPEN FOR ALL MBA, MCA, MTECH CS AND MSc CS IN PG CATEGORY AND BCA,
BSs CS, CSE (ALL) AND BVOC IT STUDENTS IN UG CATEGORY.
THE REGISTRATION FEE IS RS.200 PER TEAM.
PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO GET THEIR COLLEGE ID CARD.
ALL THE PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AVAILABLE ON CAMPUS BEFORE 9:00 AM
THE DEPARTMENT/CONVENOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE ACTION IN CASE OF ANY
MISCONDUCT, INCLUDING CHEATING OR PLAGIARISM.
THE DRESS CODE IS FORMALS/UNIFORM.
EACH TEAM MUST BRING A LAPTOP.
AFTER FIRST TWO ROUNDS THERE WILL BE AN ELIMINATION.
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE EXCITING GIFTS AS TOKEN OF APPRECIATION.
