ELV Systems

Structure Cabling: EXACTITUDE provides design, supply, installation and commissioning of

structured cabling including fiber and UTP cables. Our team will design the most cost-effective
solutions without compromising the network speed and efficiency of the system. The adminis-
tered cabling system significantly reduces costs through each phase of its life cycle. We ensure
that our cabling solution products fully support and satisfy the requirements of your business,
including voice, data and video requirements with a fast, dependable, flexible and cost-effective
systems.

SMATV: EXACTITUDE designs, installs and maintains all types of TV Reception (IRS) systems for
a wide range of applications. The solutions offered include IF (DTH) distribution with 5, 9, 13 &
17 inputs systems and RF distribution including the latest technology QAM and Digital Terrestrial
Systems, comprising of headend and distribution network. SMATV & EXACTITUDE systems are
distributed using fiber and coaxial cables.

CCTV: EXACTITUDE supplies and install a full range of Security Systems to commercial and res-
idential clients to fulfill the security requirements as per local authorities’ requirements. A full
range of security surveillance solutions are provided from DVRs / NVRs to PC-based NVR solu-
tions, featuring advance design, IVA, IPCCTV, etc. The surveillance solutions are used in hotels,
banks, road monitoring systems, supermarkets, commercial properties and jewelry shops.

IPTV: Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) is a system through which television services are deliv-
ered using fiber optic or UTP cables, instead of being delivered through traditional terrestrial,
satellite signal or cable television formats. Our IPTV services include live television with or with-
out interactivity, time-shifted television, video on demand, etc. EXACTITUDE provides solutions
that enable commercial and residential properties to broadcast quality digital TV, video, digital
signage and in-house channels over IP networks to an unlimited number of end points. With a
centralized management, customizable middleware can do configuration and control (both back
end and front end), delivering many additional services other than just viewing of the channels.

Public Address Systems: EXACTITUDE designs, supplies and installs integrated audio-visual
systems, professional public address systems, multi-room audio / video control systems, vid-
eo conferencing systems and digital signage systems for implementation in hotels, apartment
blocks, villa compounds, mosques, shopping centers, airports, etc. The PA / BGM systems can be
integrated with fire and emergency evacuation systems.
Access Control Systems: The Access Control solutions available from EXACTITUDE include
readers with biometric technology, RF card and all types of proximity and long-range cards. All
the access control systems offered are of international standard and encrypted to avoid any in-
terference. To further extend the usage of the Access Control System, EXACTITUDE provides and
integrates the system into Gate Automation and Visitor Management System. Card technologies
supported includes, contact, contact-less and long-range cards.

Guest Room Management Systems: EXACTITUDE provides a solution for managing hotel
rooms which include ‘welcome’, ‘live’ and ‘sleep’ settings, lighting control, room temperature, cur-
tain adjustment, ‘do not disturb’ and ‘room cleaning’ options to suit the activity of the occupant
which can be integrated with the Building Management System (BMS) and Property Manage-
ment System (PMS).

Audio / Video Intercom Systems: Audio / Video Intercom System can help secure the prop-
erty by allowing one to identify visitors so that the entry to the property or apartment is restrict-
ed. EXACTITUDE provides turnkey solutions in audio / video intercom in the main access areas,
allowing residents to remotely see, speak and grant access to required visitors. The control of
access can also be routed through the personal security guard by using the ‘guard unit’.

Audio Visual System (Conference Rooms & Theaters): EXACTITUDE provides AV solu-
tions and integrated systems for business applications that include single screen application to
full floor fit-out projects. Full floor services include supply, installation and commissioning of AV
assets or fundamental items like TV monitors, projectors, audio amplification & speakers, PA
microphone amplification & speakers, PC / laptop connectivity, IOS & Android tablets, control
systems and video conferencing.

Parking Management & Guidance Systems: Our modern Parking Management System
consists of entrance and exit units of various types which are connected to manual / automatic
pay stations and a Car Park Management Center. EXACTITUDE, as a high-end system supplier
and integrator, offers you systems that are based on a single software platform but use different
types of access media like computer chip-based Park Coins, Barcode Tickets, Magnetic Stripe
