Admission to MBBS & BDS Undergraduate Courses for 2024-25
FIRST ROUND OF COUNSELING
(Reporting Period as per MCC Scheduled : 24th August, 2024 to 29th August, 2024 )
Candidates selected by Medical Counseling Committee of DGHS, New Delhi in I-Round for Admission
to MBBS/ BDS in Dr. Balasaheb Vikhe Patil Rural Medical College, Loni (formerly called as Rural
Medical College, Loni) & Rural Dental College, Loni are required to bring following documents
while reporting to college for admission. Eligibility for the admission will be on the basis of eligibility
criteria laid down by statutory bodies.
You will have to remain physically present for admission along with the required Original Certificates
and Demand Draft for payment of full fees as mentioned below.
DOCUMENTS : You shall have to produce following Original Documents along with FOUR Self
Attested sets of photocopies.

16. AIU ( Association of Indian Universities ) Equivalence (If applicable)
17. Nationality Certificate/ Valid Passport
18. Disability Certificate ( If applicable )
19. Six Passport size Colour Photographs
For NRI/PIO/OCI candidates following documents are mandatory:

21. Certificate from Consulate/ Embassy that the Sponsorer is NRI
22. Valid Passport of the Sponsorer
23. Valid Visa of the Sponsorer
24. Valid address proof (foreign country address) of the Sponsor
25. Affidavite of Relationship of NRI with the candidate.
26. All the essential documents (e.g. birth certificates, passport etc.) of the family
members to establish the exact relationship between candidate and the sponsor
27. Affidavit from the sponsorer that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the
candidate duly notarized.
Arrange a set of Original certificate and 4 Set’s of Self Attested photocopies separately in this order

All the allotted candidates have to fill the registration form on the link

Candidates will also receive the link on registered e-mail/ mobile no. candidates have to submit the
registration form and upload documents on the above link before reporting for admission.
It is mandatory to submit original document at the time of admission. Candidates without
original documents will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/College/ University
and come for admission with a certificate stating that “their original certificate are deposited with the
institute/ College/ University” will not be allowed to take admission. Kindly note that there will be no
reservation for OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD candidates in Deemed to be Universities.
FEES : If you are found eligible and offered admission to a course, you will have to pay total fees as

For MBBS/ BDS Eligibility fees is 5% of Tuition Fee for 1 st year only.
Fees will be constant for 2024-25 batch for three years and thereafter for MBBS and BDS fees will
be increased by 15% and 10% respectively for the said batch.
MODE OF PAYMENTS : If you are found eligible and offered admission to a course, you will have to
pay TOTAL FEES Demand Draft drawn on Nationalized bank in favour of “PRAVARA INSTITUTE
OF MEDICAL SCIENCES”.

failing which the admission offered to you will be treated as cancelled and no claim of
admission will be retained. The request for extension of time limit for payment or to accept
partial payment will not be entertained under any circumstances.
NOTE : Registration & deposit paid to DGHS, New Delhi at the time of Registration will not be
adjusted in tuition fee/ other fees payable to college…
AGREEMENT INFORMATION : The candidates admitted for undergraduate courses will be required
to execute an agreement as per proforma which will be given to him/ her at the time of admission, to
cover the tuition fees for the remaining years of the duration of the course to which he/ she is
admitted.
