Job Purpose • The position is responsible and accountable for all Logistics activities
pertaining to the scope of NFS Onshore project from movement of
materials and equipment to directing preparation of transport and
logistics policies, procedures and manuals to insure those activities in
support of project operations are consistent and in-line with QG and
RLIC logistics policies.
• The position shall interact daily with Procurement and Logistics
departments personnel of ESW, Pioneer Camp and EPC Contractors.

market (cargo vessel availability, crew availability and vessel berth plus rates).
11. Provides advice and support to PMT Project Manager and EPC Contractors on their long-term
logistic strategy and programs including personnel movement in RLIC.
12. Prepare logistic analysis reports which contain information and recommendations on project
site conditions, transportation modes, legal requirements, customs material handling, and

13. Directs the planning and execution of logistics studies as required for project PMT.

2. Lead work execution, ensuring technical alignment and quality with various disciplines
stakeholders from both PMT and EPC Contractor. Provides guidance to EPC contractor to
complete Telecom design as per project specifications in a timely manner and provide clear
direction when project instructions or specifications are not clear.
3. Manage the purchase order with the EPC Contractor and System Vendors in accordance with the
roles and responsibilities given in the contract to ensure safe and seamless integration of the
systems without any disturbance to the existing operating facilities.
4. Engage heavily with the Contractor and the Telecom System Integrator (TSI).
5. Lead the Contractor to develop plans and work schedules that ensure effective completion of
project activities and provide data (narrative, charts, graphs), change management
recommendations and recovery plans to address any schedule delays for monthly progress and
stewardship reporting.
7. Support interfacing between Telecom systems and key vendors (including Digital System
Integrator (DSI)) and other EPC contractors to ensure quality and execution objectives are met.
Ensure that EPC Contractors are strictly following the Compression Master Asset Register (CMAR)
and External Responsibility Matrix (ERM).
8. Provides field engineering support to construction and commissioning works to ensure field
execution at site meets project plans.

Job Purpose • The NFPS Compression Electrical Lead shall provide electrical engineering
support to onshore and offshore projects (Greenfiled, Brownfield
Modifications) during tendering stage and EPC detailed design; support
ongoing tender evaluations of EPC contracts, prepare ITTs for future EPCs
including any FEED updates.
• Review and ensure technical documents compliance with project
