1. NAME:

The name of the Society shall be ___________________________ here in after referred to as the Society.

To provide services to the poor in support of these activities in collaboration with locally formed information groups among the community itself with a view to make them self-sustaining in these activities and provide financial support to revolve among themselves;

To undertake direct welfare projects for imparting education by way of running schools for the under privileged;

To undertake welfare projects for rehabilitation of the street children;

To undertake projects to cater to the need of differently abled children and mainstreaming them;

To provide a platform for literacy drive;

k)

To provide for upliftment of children from downtrodden section of the community;

To encourage and motivate the parents to allow the GIRL CHILD, in particular, to be educated;

To make themselves SELF-RELIANT by giving vocation training;

To inculcate the feeling of competitiveness and encourage them to take part in various competitions;

To identify and work along the economically and socially deprived, the physically and mentally challenged, so that they become educated, skilled and aware;

p)

To enable them to be self-reliant and enjoy a healthy, dignified and sustainable quality of life;

q)

And to that end, act as a resource to and collaborate with other agencies governmental or non-governmental, as well as suitable intervene in policy formulation;

To work for the upliftment of the children from vulnerable and weaker sections of society, in the section of education, make a difference for those children who would be rag pickers or child labourers;

To convince the society to change their mind set in the case of girl child and women: from a society in which women are not normally educated, to enrol more and more girls in schools, later in vocational and university education and place them at par with the emerging social milieu;

t)

Empowerment of the gender, which has remained suppressed and elusive so far;

programmes for developing professional career oriented skills along with the crucial life skills for the students to confidently face the challenges of an increasingly competitive society;

To provide educational opportunities to underprivileged children so that they can realise their dream of getting a school leaving certificate and contributing to the development and growth of the society in general and their families in particular;

To provide functional literacy to women as well as provide nonformal literacy to promote school enrolment and prevent dropout;

Bridging possibilities career training for the differently-abled;

y)

To enrich the life of the differently-abled through development of communication and livelihood skills;

z)

To undertake projects to support livelihood generation for the differently-abled by imparting vocational training;

Economic empowerment by formation of Self-Help Groups and linkages for Micro-Finance;

To enable the mothers of school going children to learn skills that would help them earn their livelihood and to enhance the quality of living of the marginalized section of society;

Provision of education loans to students with extraordinary talent;

To create awareness on areas such as health and hygiene, HIV, AIDS, through skits, plays and other audio and visual means;

ee)

To bridge the gap between children from economically well-off and poor families by curbing the denial of admission to children from underprivileged backgrounds by erring schools;

To provide education, school uniforms and stationery to underprivileged students;

To educate people to remove bias against children from economically backward homes and give them chance of education and job avenues;

To provide vocational training candle making, card making, craft items, wood carvings, pot paintings, mehendi design, stitching, embroidery, paper recycling, etc. to help them in earning their livelihood after completion of their studies;

Apart from emphasizing on the upliftment of the downtrodden and emancipation of the girl child by providing an equal platform as her male counterpart, the Society will motivate a full-fledged community participation in the literacy drive by providing support in whichever way they desire;

aaa) To make these children self-reliant and self-sufficient thereby preparing them for self-employment in the near future;

bbb) To organize free medical camps for people from time to time, enabling downtrodden section to enjoy the modern medical facilities;

To organize street plays on various burning social issues such as dowry, terrorism, population explosion, illiteracy, health and hygiene etc, to make the people conscious about the consequences of these problems;

ddd) To inculcate competitive spirit in these children so that they do not have the feeling of being different from the others;

eee) Concentrating on acquiring sponsorship for the bright students;

fff)

To take these children on educational tours to historical places, excursions and trekking so that they feel the same as the regular students. These outings will be a welcome step towards enhancement of their all-round development and help them become responsible citizens not only of the society but will motivate them to make some contribution in the process of nation building;

ggg) To plead the masses and responsible denizens of the society to come forward and extend their wholehearted co-operation by making a small contribution in whatever way they wish;

hhh) To bring social changes through developmental activities of the women, disabled/deprived children to lead the life with dignity and honour;

To establish a new peaceful, social-economic, politico-cultural order which will help and enlighten communities to transform themselves in to self-reliant, self governed and exploitation free socialstructures that will foster a healthy and appropriate environment for the development of the disadvantaged, especially the children;

To ensure a steady flow of skilled, professional, adequate and competent quality manpower and to raise their quality and quantity;

kkk) To work for the reduction of unemployment among the educated youth by equipping them for suitable industrial employment business employment and self-employment;

To establish centers for (a) study and orientation (b) training and instruction, and (c) research and evaluations; and take such other steps as may be necessary to achieve to objects of the Society;

To encourage students belonging to economically weaker sections, to seek career in higher education and services;

To extend support to any activity relating to improvement in management, technology, product quality and productivity in various facets of economic life which will; directly or indirectly contribute to economic upliftment of the target group;

To conduct research and studies to formulate innovative, creative and meaningful development programmes for the special people;

kkkk) To grant monetary and other assistance to person in association who are engaged in promotion and development activities for upliftment of economically downtrodden students;

To subscribe to, become a member of or otherwise co-operate with, other associations whose objects are wholly or in part similar to those of the Society;

To establish offices or agencies with in India to carry

objectives of the Society;

To invest the funds and surplus of the Society in such

manner and in such assets, properties, securities, shares, deposits or investments of any kind what so ever including immovable property of any tenure, as may from time to time may be determined by the Society and from time to time sell or vary all or any of such assets, properties, securities, shares, deposits or other investments and execute all assignments, transfers, receipts and documents that may be necessary in this behalf as may be permitted by laws governing the society;

To publish and print literature, journals and articles for

encouraging programmes for upliftment of the persons with economic challenges herein before and to publish books, produce movies, video films and souvenirs and to let hoardings of any person, institutions, firm, body corporate, association, society for the aforesaid purposes;

To borrow, raise or secure payment of money in such as

the Society shall deem proper or convenient for the furtherance of the above objects;

rrrr) To accept and to give grants, gifts, donations, subscriptions, support and assistance in furtherance of the objects of the Society;

ssss) To purchase, accept as gift or otherwise acquire and own or take on lease or hire, temporarily or permanently any movable or immovable property and any interest, easement, right and

privilege necessary or alter any moveable and immovable property of the Society for the furtherance of the objects and activities of the society and to deal with the same in any manner whatsoever;

conducive to the growth and development of the target group;

vvvv) Improvement of the children with Multiple Disabilities, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment, etc's performance in their educational, vocational, psychological and physical sphere during their formative years of development with active participation of normal children, guardians and teachers;

computer softwares, computer projects, etc. To help empower target group, by giving them rehabilitation, specialized and

xxxx) To devote itself to improving the mental health and looking after their personality development so that they are able to feel independent and mentally strong;

yyyy) To give psychological/astrological counselling, in person and online for people with special abilities, guardians, etc. living in various parts of India or abroad;

zzzz) To create opportunity for social and cultural activities for mainstreaming of their talents;

Create and update a website from time to time,

with the latest happenings and developments in our NGO, along with free medical advice / tips for parents, guardians and children, from our team of experts i.e. psychologists, physiotherapists, etc. on all major issues on education, vocation and rehabilitation;

institutions for the welfare and relief of the poor, handicapped, old, orphans, widows etc. for their education / training in household and cottage industries;

To evolve strategies and schemes for women, children

and disabled in the form of mass media campaigns, community awareness programs, integrated education programs, help lines, information centers, counselling centers, community vigilance, back to school programs, sensitization training for various stakeholders etc., by coordinating with the various experts and agencies etc.;

To establish, equip and maintain any training center, data

bank, homes and such other facilities as are necessary for carrying out the objectives of the society;

any

arrangement

with

any

Government,

Government Authority, municipal or local authority or otherwise, that may be conducive to the objectives of the Society and to obtain from any such authority rights, privileges and concessions which the Society may think desirable to obtain and to carry out, exercise and comply with such arrangement, rights, privileges and concessions;

To do all such activities as the Society may consider

necessary to its primary objective for promoting vocational and professional education and other allied activities such as community development programs and transfer of technology to industry etc.; and

To do all such things as are or may be necessary or

incidental to, or conducive to the attainment of any of or all of above stated objects and aims.

All the incomes, earnings, movable, immovable properties of the Society whensoever and howsoever derived shall be solely utilised and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of Association. Being a non-profit making

organisation, no profits will be made or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past beneficiaries of the Society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past beneficiaries provided that nothing herein contained shall prevent the payment made in good faith of remuneration to any member thereof or to any other person in return for any service rendered to the Society including any institutions thereof or for traveling allowance, halting or other similar charges. No member of the Society shall have any personal claim or any movable or immovable properties belonging to the Society or make any profits whatsoever by virtue of his/her membership.

4.
