ENSIGNA PROJECT
We have chosen to create this NGO because we think that it is a topic that is not very much talked
about and there are no measures to try to help children in the situation that they have to live, so we
have decided to create our NGO ensigna and change that. We put the name Ensigna, due to the
double meaning with the word insignia, that is to say, our NGO is a representative project for
children with cancer. The NGO was founded by Aroa, Claudia and Lorena.
We have also created some slogans such as: Smile is the most powerful weapon in the fight against
cancer also or the more creative children are, the happier; we think they represent very well our
thinking and objectives of our NGO.
We have also created a website where you can find information about all our NGO and

Objectives
We will now explain the three main objectives of the NGO.
1. The first one is to provide emotional and psychological support to children
affected by cancer and their families.
It is a very difficult situation so we want the families to have all our support to
face this problem.
2. The second goal is to provide financial assistance and resources to help
families overcome financial obstacles.
Many times it is complicated to take care of the expenses involved in this type
of illness and there are families who do not give up other necessities in order
to be able to pay the expenses.
Therefore, we want to give financial help to families in need and you can also
contribute by donating through our website.
3. The ultimate goal is to raise awareness of childhood cancer. We want to
promote empathy towards these people because it feels good for all of us to
receive support in difficult times.
Activities and games
we must highlight the activities we have prepared for the children.
These are generally prepared to work on the children's happiness and through our
help, they can forget about their illness.

We have many activities prepared, but the most interesting are stories that we tell
together.
The stories are told in a room that has been previously decorated according to the
theme of the story and in this way we can bring the children closer to the story, or
some crafts, we do are mainly made with paper, we use different colors and
accessories, like paper boats.
Sometimes we have a special visit with the clowns of red nouses they usually bring
us gifts and treats.
And other more classic activities like karaoke’s or shows.
The one the children like the most is gardening; we have a garden with different
plants to take care of!

In addition to donations, our NGO is financed by sponsors.
In addition, many help us by providing products.

have fun.
