with no leaks? Are the temperature settings
maintaining the appropriate coldness?

✓ 3. Are oven doors sealing properly and hinges


functioning smoothly? Do all burners on the
stovetop ignite easily and provide consistent
heat? Is the oven's temperature calibration
accurate?

✓ 4. Are cutting boards free from deep cuts that


could harbor bacteria? Are boards color-coded
and properly stored to avoid cross-
contamination? Are they regularly sanitized
after each use?
