in zincphosphating baths.

ironphosphating processes.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Preliminary statement:
Prior to use it is necessary to read the Material Safety Data
Sheet for information about precautionary measures and
safety recommendations. Also, for chemical products exempt
from compulsory labeling, the relevant precautions should
always be observed. Please also refer to the local safety
instructions and contact Henkel for analytical support.
Application:
To reduce the Free Acid in zinc phosphating baths for 0.1
points add to each 1,000 L of bath volume:
BONDERITE M-AD 565 0.4 kg = 0.36 L
BONDERITE M-AD 565 shall be added to the
zincphosphating bath very slowly and pre-diluted (approx. 1:
4) in an area of the bath where the bath agitation is very
good to avoid over-neutralization (sludge formation).
To increase the pH, add BONDERITE M-AD 565 in small
steps to the ironphosphating bath.
After good mixing of the bath, measure the pH and add once
more if necessary.
