1) Employee will get paid for the remaining balance at the End of Employment.
2) Employee/ Manager should apply Leave at least one month prior to leave start date. No such
Rule for HR. ( Optional) – Achieve this with Start Date Rule
4) Accrual will start after 1 month of Enrolment and Employee can apply the Leave only after 3
months from Enrolment. ( Waiting or Vesting)
5) Entire balance can be taken to next Year and maximum of 100 days can be accrued.
6) Employee will get paid for the remaining balance at the End of Employment when ever he
Requests.
7) If the Employee is Hired or Terminated in the Middle of the Month the balance accrued should be
prorated
