Dear Mr. Philippe Bailloux,
PAROS is pleased to offer you the full-time position of General Manager. You will be
reporting directly to Eng. Mahmoud Moneeb; Chairman of Board.
As we discussed, your starting date will be January 10, 2024.

• Terms of Employment:
1. You should consider the first 3 Months of your employment as probation period with all rights to you or
the company to stop the cooperation with notice prior by 2 weeks
2. Working days as for 6 days with 1 rotational vacation day
3. This position is assigned to a Daily Flexible Work Schedule divided as follows:
• Opening Shift of Work Schedule from 07:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
• Break Time from 12:00 Noon to 03:00 PM
• Closing Shift of Work Schedule from 03:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• The above-mentioned schedules is may vary according to the work conditions and/or On-Call status
4. Your total leaves balance is 21 days per year. You will be eligible to get it after first 3 months of hiring date.
5. You are required to observe and uphold all of the Company’s privacy policies and Procedures as implemented
or varied from time to time.
6. Company has in place a number of policies and procedures. a failure to comply with these policies may result
in disciplinary action being taken against you.
7. Confidential information, including client lists, trade secrets, pricing structures and any and all documents
created by you in the course of your employment remain the sole property of the company. You shall not,
either during or after your employment, without the prior consent of the company, directly or indirectly
divulge to any person or use the confidential information for your own or another’s benefit.

signing and dating this agreement on or before January 09, 2024.
