Chatbot is a compound word of chat and robot, which


refers to an artificial intelligence-based communication
system that understands and answers questions through
conversations with humans based on artificial intelligence.
The initial model of the chatbot was developed in 1966, and
the recent development of artificial intelligence technology
has allowed deep learning technology to be applied to the
chatbot to understand the user's questions and to present
appropriate answers, and to perform complex tasks.[5]
