A private Company will be created having three partners (Hariom ,Shyamveer and Sudhanshu) with 33.33 % share each
For the 1st year Profit or Margins will be deposited in Company Bank accounts.
Note -However the regular expenses for hospital like Petrol or food while on working hours will be given by company
If the monthly profit is Near about 10 lakhs then 30 percent can be divided into three partners
