Interview Process
● APTITUDE TEST, ENGLISH ESSAY/STORY -
○ Here this round is all about the amcat exam type.
○ There are different sections according to the quant, English, logical,dsa,
etc
● TECHNICAL & PSYCHOMETRIC TEST -
○ There are two coding questions and some pseudocode and also the dsa
concept.
○ There is a psychometric test which is very simple and easy. the platform is
AMCAT/SHL
● CONVERSATIONAL TEST -
○ This test is all about the conversation test. There are seven sections.
which is on the AMCAT/ SHL platform. This is all about listening and
answering tests.
● TECHNICAL INTERVIEW -
○ To evaluate the candidate’s in-depth technical skills and knowledge
relevant to the IT domain.
○ Data structures, algorithms, and programming languages.
○ Object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
○ Real-world problem-solving related to IT projects.
○ Basic understanding of web development, databases, or any specialized
knowledge depending on the role.
● HR Interview -
○ This round is all about yourself and some discussion. HR told you
everything about the company.
