Roles and Responsibilities:

● Analyse and solve difficult problems in programming, computing and across stack.
● Be part of the core team to engineer and design exciting products and solutions that will
empower the business lines of the organization.
● Work closely with operations and infrastructure teams to scale the solutions for massive
throughputs and loads.
● Managing Information: Can think critically and convert data to information, assess and
analyse a range of sources.
● Task Management: Plan your own work, prioritise and adapt to changing priorities, carry
out multiple tasks, meet deadlines.

Skill Sets:

● Strong Computer Science fundamentals on Data structures, algorithm, programming.


● Operating system concepts, networking fundamentals.
● Good handle on at least one programming language – Javascript, Go, Python.
● Good understanding of Software design and engineering practices.
● Knowledge of design patterns, MVC architecture, REST APIs.
● Hands on with Flask, Frappe, Django or similar frameworks will be an added advantage.
● Sharp analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
● High levels of creativity and teamwork culture.
● Continuous Learning- willingness to continuously learn and grow.
● Communication: Appropriate and effective communication to others, articulate your
problems, solutions and ideas, communicate issues in a timely manner.
