FACTS OF THE CASE

 A and B are real brothers.

 They share household in equal proportion over a 100 sq yds plot.

 Wherein A lives in front facing portion along with his family.

 B lives in the back portion alongwith his family and his sons name is C

and D.

 There has been an old pending property dispute case going on between A

and B.

 Further A has already filed complaints against B and his family members

in past regarding civil and criminal nature of activities.

 On 01.03.2024 at around 9PM in the night when A was standing outside

his house, B alongwith C and D attacked him and gave a sever beating

with fist and blows and destroyed a portion of A’s property by pelting

stones and iron rods.

 They further threatened him of Dior consequences, if he did not withdraw

the pending complaints and cases filed against them.

 A dials 100 No. and his MLC is carried out.

 Draft a criminal complaint for A.

Sir,

That the complainant/Mr. A undersigned seeks interference of the Police

department for registration of an FIR against the named accused persons who

have been proclaimed offenders and a habitual miscreant, with respect to

grievous hurt, criminal trespass, attempt to murder, assault, criminal

intimidation, Mischief, endangering life and property, property damage and

threats to disposes them from their property.


1. That the undersigned complainant (hereinafter referred to as the

Complainant) and Accused No.1 namely Mr. B are real brother, sharing

the property bearing No.___________ measuring 100 sq yds in equal

demarcated share of 50 sq yd each.

2. That the complainant resides in front portion of the said property and

accused No. B lives in the back portion of the aforesaid property

alongwith their families.

3. That there has been a pending litigation between the complainant and his

brother i.e. accused No. B, pertaining to the property dispute with respect

to the aforesaid property.

4. That the complainant has raised several complaints before the concerned

authorities under both civil and criminal in nature against the accused No

B and his family members. Brief descriptions about these cases both

civil and criminal alongwith their stage of trial.

5. That on 01.03.2024 around 9 PM accused No. B, alongwith his sons

namely C and D with prior planning and equipped with dangerous

weapons and stones, suddenly targeted the complainant and his property

while the complainant was standing outside his property.

6. The aforesaid accused persons without giving any chance to the

complainant of securing his life, started forcefully beating the senior

citizen complainant with blows by fists and kicks which resulted into

grievous injuries fatal in nature.


7. That the accused persons did not stop herein and when they made sure

that the complainant has been badly been charged by them, they further

went ahead and started demolishing the property of the complainant by

pelting stones and with the help or iron rods, which were carried

alongwith them.

8. That while the complainant’s life was put in danger the accused persons

kept on shouting/threatening of dior consequences, if the complainant

does not agree to their threat of withdrawing all the cases and complaints

filed against them.

9. In the state of shock and pitiable condition the complainant having no ray

of hope in order to save life of his family and himself from the aforesaid

goons, sought help from the police by calling 100 No. at around 9.30 PM

from his mobile No.1234567890.

10.The complainant was rescued by the PCR officials and was immediately

taken to the nearest Government hospital name PQR Hospital and

admitted in emergency, wherein his MLC bearing No. 123XYZ2024 was

conducted which observes grievous injuries both internal and external,

sufficient enough to endanger a person’s life/life threatening.

That in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case the complainant

hereby humbly seeks that an FIR be registered against the accused

persons as the cognizable offence been committed by them jointly and

individually. The complainant further seeks indulgence of the police


authorities in taking into custody the accused persons who have been

flashing their connections with high profile people of society and roaming

freely, causing a continuous threat to life and property of the complainant

and his family. In the state of this threat and miseries the complainant

seeks immediate criminal trail and finally putting the accused persons to

the threshold of law by affixing punishment for their heinous crimes as

maintainable under the prevailing law of the land.

The undersigned complainant is hereby undertaking to furnish his

unconditional assistance to the concerned police authorities and

investigation agencies in accordance to give all the required help and can

be connected on the details mentioned herein under.
