3. PAYMENT:
 - Payment: T/T 100% of invoice value in advance within 7 working days since Buyer
receives copy of Bill of lading

4. PACKING:

The Seller packs the goods according to the package standard of its factory. If the Buyer
requires changing the package standard or proposes other special requirements, both
Parties shall negotiate and reach agreement on the cost price of package materials in
attachment form.

All the banking fees, including bank commission charges and other charges associated
with the issuing bank shall be on the BUYER's account.
All the banking fees, including bank commission charges and other charges associated
with the advising bank shall be on the SELLER's account.

6. PENALTY:
In case the Seller fails to deliver goods under conditions in this contract in time, the
Buyer shall have the right to demand from the Seller the payment of penalty for the total
amount of the goods to 0,1% per day, but the total penalty amount will not exceed 5% of
the total contract value Which party cancels unilaterally contract shall be born a penalty
of 30% contract value.
7. CLAIM:
Claim if any, to be made by the Buyer within fifteen (15) days from arrival of
good. With 30 days after receipt of such claim, the Seller shall make its best
efforts to have the problem pointed out by the Buyer settled, and only have
obligation to do so whether its obligations according to this contract.
If event of dispute which cannot be settled by mutual understanding and
conciliation, the parties shall refer to an Arbitration which will take place under
the regulation for arbitration of international Chamber of Commerce in the English
language.
8. COMING INTO EFFECT OF THE CONTRACT:
In case of any amendment of this contract, the parties concerned shall agree to and
confirm in writing.
This contract is made in 02 copies and 01 of which are for each party, and come
into effect as of signing date. Facsimile transmission of documents relative to this
purchase order is acceptable to both parties.

We computed the number of cartons stuff into containers and check the weight of cartons taken
at random from the lot by platfrom scale and a number of empty. The following results we found
