Performance Task 2
Assisting the Cooperating Teacher in the preparation and
implementation of class guidelines for holding classes through distance
learning modalities.
During asynchronous or modular class sessions, what routines can you
suggest to the parents so that their children will have more effective learning
outcomes? Design an effective class routine outline which parents can use at
home.
In order for the learners to have more successful learning outcomes,
I can recommend to parents throughout the sessions that they
should be good communicators and communicate to their children in
a way that is appropriate. To provide the greatest learning chances
for their children, parents must also work to enhance their own
competencies. To make things easy, I'll also ask about the parents of
the kids and what they do to encourage them to help their kids every
day.

Writing my Reflection
Complete the statement:
Having effective class routines and sound class structure is
important because:
It fosters harmony between the teacher and the students and
establishes order in the classroom. When policies and procedures
are implemented correctly, a positive and supportive learning
environment is created. Student disruption is addressed with a
well-designed classroom framework.
On the other hand, routines provide the activities throughout class
a sense of regularity. If students know what to expect in the
classroom, they will be more open to learning.
