Report on modern technologies used in the project

1. Introduction
The demand has evolved significantly in recent years, driven by urbanization, the rise of electric
vehicles (EVs), and a growing emphasis on sustainability. This report outlines the modern
technologies incorporated into the design of a Multi-Storey Car Parking (National Bank of
Kuwait), focusing on the use of parking management systems, solar energy solutions, and
electric vehicle charging stations. These technologies enhance operational efficiency, provide a
better user experience, and contribute to environmental sustainability.

2. Parking Management Systems

Modern parking complexes increasingly utilize smart parking management systems to track and
manage available spaces in real-time. These systems employ advanced sensors and IoT
technology, enabling the accurate identification of vacant spots.
Data Analytics
Data analytics plays a crucial role in optimizing parking operations. By analyzing user behavior
and demand patterns, parking managers can adjust strategies to meet peak usage times
effectively. Predictive analytics methods anticipate demand fluctuations, further enhancing
operational efficiency.
