Acceptance Criteria:
1.If % GRR is 0 - 10%, Acceptable
2.If % GRR is 10 - 30%, Acceptable based on importance of application, cost of Gauge , cost of repair etc.
3.If % GRR is > 30%, Not Acceptable for any characteristic.
4.If ndc>5.

Refer MSA Procedure for Guideline of anlysis of FAPL MSA 001 00 01.02.2020
Compare EV and AV. If EV is higher than AV reasons may be,
The instrument needs maintenance.
The gauge should be re-designed to be more rigid.
The clamping or location needs to be improved.
There is excessive width in part variation or capture within part variation separately,
If AV is compared to be larger than EV reaction may be:
The appraisers need better training.
This can be identified from the X values of each appraiser or from average of Error chart/ Average Chart.

Corrective action/Improvement
EV is greater than AV - but only one reading is out 90 reading so Guage is accepted
Action

Conclusion :The Measurement system is ACCEPTED
