efforts to contain the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
pandemic alter our lives. In light of this situation, we
are temporarily suspending disconnection for
nonpayment. While this may provide relief in the
short-term, you are still responsible for all billed
charges for electric service. Please continue to make
payments or call our Customer Solutions Center at
1-800-237-5508 as soon as possible to discuss
payment arrangements. This will help ensure you
keep your account in good standing.
