Activity Title : Municipal Information Office – Benchmarking

II. RATIONALE:
A comprehensive evaluation allows for the identification of strengths within the MIO,
such as effective communication strategies or successful information programs.
Conversely, it also highlights areas needing improvement, whether in resource
allocation, staff training, or technology upgrades, enabling informed decision-
making for future initiatives.
III. OBJECTIVES
To discuss initiatives and projects for the improvement of the
Information Office.
To evaluate previous projects and activities conducted and
implemented by the office and its members; and
To solicit ideas and opinions from all information office Staff in their
future upbringings and for office improvements.
IV. EXPECTED OUTPUTS OF DUTIES
Post Narrative Report and list of ideas and approved suggestions for office
improvement.
V. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENT:
